I go to different dealers, big or small ones before I landed my deal of my 2015 Corolla with Zak. Zak has been presenting the car situations in great transparency and details. He also managed the clean, oil change, windshield change etc before handover the car to me. Zak has offered great customer service. He also called proactively after sale to check up if we happy with car.We found some tiny issue on the touch panel which we just aware after the car has been handover. Zak has helped to replaced a new panel to us as well. Best service ever! His price is also competitive as compared to other dealers

Good used car dealerships exist, and this is one of them. My wife and I purchased a Honda CRV from Zak at Velocity Automotive earlier this month, and the process has been stress-free. First, the vehicle was in great condition, and priced appropriately. Zak was happy to accommodate our request for a pre-inspection, and communicated clearly with us as the SUV went through the process of being serviced, certified, and registered. Zak , the manager is very customer focused and makes sure cutomers are happy even after buying the car. The pricing is good, but the customer service stands out! Pretty stark difference from other dealers out there and Velocity automotive stands out. Bought a 2014 Corolla and completely happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend to friends.
