so- first of all, it’s really like a warehouse; bad lighting, everything is pretty messy, etc. BUTTT the stuff you find there is so cool and literally dirt cheap. However, it’s better to go on weekdays or at uncommon hours since there are a lot of people who jump on the new bins and search though them like animals + those people always get the good stuff so you have to be quick. Also if you go there and buy clothes it’s better to deep clean them because they are very dirty (and they stink!!) also PLEASE BRING GLOVES; it doesn’t seem like a lot but when i was done looking for clothes they were brown so everything there is pretty dirty.

Customer service is v v poor I have really bad experience there was a men last time name Saeed he was v rude and arugant. He talks and serve v badly .I ll not recommend this place.when I ask about him so I can complain to the Manger I find out that he is the Manger or supervisor there,v rude guy he must need a training for a good customer service.

The concept of this place is great but in reality, the chances of finding something you would want are slim since 70% of the people ''shopping'' there are part of some organized group that is present from the opening until the closing. When new items are brought on the floor, they will always be the first to get the good stuffs (some of them are lining up 20 minutes before the bins are brought). They won't hesitate to push you around, block the alleys and scream around at each other. I still encourage people to go there to at least see how crazy everything is.

it’s a great place to find hidden gems for a good price, although please go to the bathroom before coming here! very unsanitary!!

Lots of good deals. However, watch your cart. My boyfriend had someone steal his personal sweater today out of his shopping cart. When we asked the manager for help they said they had a 'team' checking the cameras - but they never asked us what the sweater looked like or where my boyfriends shopping cart had been at the time in the warehouse? After half an hour of waiting, my boyfriend saw his sweater buried in someone's shopping cart and was able to get it back himself. The person claimed they didn't realize it was my boyfriends......despite the sweater being folded in my boyfriends shopping cart and it having a granola bar in the pocket?? We explained this to the manager and that we would like the person to be asked to leave and the manager said (and I quote) Don't tell me what to do

It feels like being in a trash can, but if you really need clothe for cheap price and you have the patience to search in Mixed bins with both genders and all size, you could find some stuff.

Very good second hand, very cheap prices, but if the drawers were a little clean, because I'm always dirty after leaving

Go here if you want to witness humans at their most basic primate level. When you first walk in, your eyes will have to adjust to the darkness and your body will have to adjust to the lack of air flow. Next, try to find a cart that is not broken. Then, you will see people digging, throwing, digging and throwing. You know, it is just such a sight and a delight to see grown, old men hoard everything they see, especially the toys. When these people are not digging or throwing, they are observing and waiting to attack their next prey (excuse me, I mean bin"). What's even more amazing is how the workers place everything except clothing in these individual crates within the larger bins. You have to lean over items to reach the back. So

This place is awesome! Renaissance warehouse-version. Very reasonable prices for large volume of clothes, books, electronics etc. Friendly staff - can get rowdy around new bins but that's part of the fun! For die-hard thrifters & volume buyers

Best place for clothes cheap you find all the brands but you need to dig hey that’s how it is when you’re poor so for the other people that are complaining because the place is dirty and the place is like messy and you guys don’t know what it is you guys just don’t know this place is great
