Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I used to go to this location before I moved. I saw maybe 3 or 4 different massage therapists here, all varying in their techniques and abilities. All of them were pleasant. I really liked Sara in terms of listening to my issues and targeting those areas. Nice atmosphere and friendly front desk staff as well.

I have been going to Hand and Stone for many years for both massage, facial and laser hair removal. Awesome staff and services. Andrey for massage and Simi for facial/ laser hair are amazing and very knowledgeable.

I really just use one RMT there - Guarav. He is very knowledgeable and has a good sense for what the body needs. Both my husband and I use him - and only him. He is honest and kind.I once had an issue with an 'expired' session, so I just encourage people to keep track of their credits at this location. I am not sure why it happened, but it seemed to happen when this location changed ownership. Otherwise, I have found the people there to be helpful and honest.

I was recommended to the spa by a friend and was able to take advantage of their 40% facial promotion. Was very pleased with the cleanliness of the space, the treatment was excellent and I appreciate that they don't 'hard sell' on the products. Look forward to returning!

Was really disappointed with my first massage here. The front desk was very nice and the massage therapist seemed kind too, Polly. But unfortunately, the massage she gave was below average. Maybe she was sleepy or not having a good day but her massage felt more like rubbing without pressure, and she kept doing the same two techniques only. It felt very rushed as she was using very quick movements. Most massages I’ve had were pleasant as the therapist is supposed to take her time, especially after I even stated that I have lots of knots in my lower back, neck area and knots in my legs. I was about ten minutes early too so no need to to rush so fast. I also purchased the hand and foot treatments as well which weren’t satisfactory as well. I was looking forward to this massage for a while and wasn’t pleased. Thank you for the effort.

Front staff are friendly and professional.If you have past sports injuries or any other type of injury you are healing from Andre is the one you want to ask for. He has the healing touch and the strength to work out those knots and stubborn neck/shoulder pains.I highly recommend Hand and Stone Aurora; I have also been to well over 30+ RMTS over 20+ years and massage is my most valuable and vital component to attating vitality and to speed up and aid any recovery program from any injury.Deep tissue massage is also the best preventative maintenance choice for addressing aches and pains and best defense against the always uncertain future.5 stars!

What a wonderful place and staff! This was my first time and certainly will not be my last! The front desk administrator was so lovely and helpful in every way. I was in for a prenatal massage and the RMT I got was Lily. I cannot say enough about her! Truly the best massage I have ever had in my life with the kindest person. She listened to everything and targeting all the right spots. It was absolutely incredible and I was left feeling a thousand times better. I highly recommend this place for any service, but especially a massage with Lily! Thank you to both of you (and sorry I didn’t get the front desk administrator’s name)!!!

I saw Simi girl today for my underarm laser hair removal treatment! She is absolutely amazing! I being seeing her for couple years! Very nice ,friendly, has gentle touch! Knows exactly when to bring me back for another treatment to get the best results! Spa is clean, very welcoming! Highly recommended!!!

I was able to get a same-day appointment which was wonderful and the location is super conveniently located. Very clean and beautiful spa. I got a deep tissue massage which was wonderful - Michael was really professional and it was a great experience overall. I will definitely be back!

I dunno if the one doing my massage was sleepy or not. She performed one massage on the right but not on the left. I have been to a lot of massages but this is by far not an excellent experience. Also, the staff must not say anything to a customer if she/he is not sure of what she was saying.
