I called them with an issue with the thumb lever to my front door and they were at my house promptly first thing the following morning. Locked out of my garage. Over the phone, Alon offered me a premium price as it was just Saturday afternoon, but I was also offered the standard price. He didn't pressure me to make a choice and I chose to have it done the same day. The tech was able to get to me within the hour, drill the lock out and replace it with a new one. When you get your job done, price is not a big matter! Thank you, Alon!

I can't speak highly enough of this company. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, they delivered fast service and were very cost-effective when I was getting a new Yale cylinder made to fit an existing key (so I only needed one key to fit multiple locks).
