I used to be a regular customer but because of my recent experience with one of their staff I will never set foot in that branch again. The guy is arrogant and made me feel insulted with his words. I wish they can re-train their customer service. If he happens to have a high position there or even if he is the owner then he should realize that they need customer retention and not drive customers away especially in this trying times. I might just be one of the customers anyway but if he keeps on with that kind of attitude, customers will for sure stay away and eventually their sales will go down.

I was at the store today around 2:30. They were short staffed and busy like you wouldn't believe. There was only one lady ringing people through and let me tell you she did it with a smile on her face and was absolutely fantastic! Thank you for being so amazing!
