Unprofessional company (would give them 0 stars if possible), hard to reach, had paid for the full amount in advance and unfortunately had my JOB CANCELLED 3-Hours before the appointment! No calls apologizing, just a short and unprofessional SMS saying:Hi Thiago

This company is one of the most professional and well run companies I have ever delt with. Their work was meticulous and they showed up on time. I give them 5++++ stars all around.

Shout out to Felix and the local PatchMaster folks. Easy booking and quoting and overall a pleasure to deal with, (how many contractors can you say that about?). Quality of work and clean-up was excellent and costs were all reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I would like to add to my husband's poor review (Mike Kane) and also to your response.First, we have your quote, which we got via email from you, and it clearly lists 3 different methods of payment accepted. The only reason you had our credit card is because my husband didn't have access to computer and needed to book the work as time was an essence.Second, your technician had lots of time to finish the work as he only worked few hours per day, and he saw the whole scope of work that was needed.Third, yes we spoke to one of our other contractors and he had the same problem of work not done, but fortunately for him, he just didn't pay you, because you didn't have his credit card number.

I hired Patchmaster to repair 5 failed drywall patch jobs in my house (Initially I attempted to do it myself). I was given a quote over the phone of $730 and was told it would be a full days worth of work. I dont know much about construction myself and just trusted they knew what was all involved. The technician that arrived and did the work was very good. Very professional and did a great job. However it took him only 2 hours to complete the job. Apparently it just needed some sanding and to reapply drywall compound and it was good to go. I called the office and inquired if the quote should be adjusted since the job seemed to be much easier than they originally expected. The gentleman I spoke with sort of said that its just the way things go and some times jobs are harder than expected and they lose money and some times (like in my case) its easier and they do better on those jobs. I know very little about construction work myself so truthfully I dont know if this is normal or not. I saw some other reviewers seemed to call into question the accuracy of their quotes so I am just adding my experience here as well. At the end of the day I paid $730 for 2 hours worth of work. To me it seems a bit steep, but everyone else can decide for themselves.I do want to reiterate though that the technician did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the work done by the technician.UPDATE: I have just read the owners response. I have reviewed my cameras at my house and have exact time stamps of when the technician arrived at my house and when their work vehicle left my driveway. It was approx 2 hours 15 mins. It was no where near 4.5 hours. Again, I have this on camera and am willing to submit a copy of this video to anyone interested. The owner here is flat out lying and I have video evidence.

Great people to work with. Professional, courteous, on time and on budget! They did a great job, and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend them.

Felix & Malcolm were very professional & friendly. Malcolm arrived on time, described what he would do & then proceeded to do it quickly and very well. He cleaned up when he was finished so you couldn't tell he had been. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys

Very unprofessional company. Right from the beginning was given inaccurate qoutes. No measures were done just an eyeball look at the size of the area. Then,qouted again over the phone after I detailed the exact work to be done,with the caveat that it could change once technician arrived, which it didn't and they don't honor that qoute. Very inaccurate amount of time required to do the job. Was allowed 3 days,technician said he needed 5, but in fact could have done it in 3. DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. They charged my card immediately even tho the job wasnt done,there was touch ups that could be fixed and they did not have my ok to charge my card as I was clear I wanted to pay another way. After they got my money,subsequent attempts to work something out were met with no communication. We feel like we were cheated and has left a very sour taste.In response too owner's comments...price WAS agreed too..you didn't complete the work...I Told you we would pay e transfer when done, you charged my card..lastly because this a bore now, you never ever gave me a chance to work something out because you never sent me another qoute..oh ,and your technician DID do a good job but this is about completing the job..not the work he did

If it's too long to read , first just look at the picture attached here and let the work speak for itselfClaims to be the only one in the region that can make a clean patch! Showed up blaming me for logistical issues which I had no involvement in. Then re-quotes me 30% higher than original price. I still went with him because he was supposed to be amazing. After offering a bottle of water and hour of him cooling off, the work comenced and disclaimers started.Stating that the match won't be 100% which I was ok with. But I asked him if I would need to buy paint, he assured me that paint would match close to 100% because he's worked" with this builder before so he knows. This guy couldn't stop talking about how much of an expert he was honestly! Kind of insecure but hey who am I to judge.Once the work was done I looked up mentioning that it wasn't flat
