Right now the downtown location is so inconsistent! My coffee never tastes the same from day to day. Sometimes I have to come home and add sugar sometimes there's not enough cream. So now I resort to asking them for cream and sugar on the side even though my coffee is a triple triple. There's many times I get my coffee, taste it in the store then have them remake it. I have been going to that store for almost 5 years now and I would never recommend it to anyone!

I ordered breakfast meal (farmers breakfast) in the kiosk and no receipt given on the machine. I've waited about 10 minutes and they gave me my farmers breakfast anticipating that I will have my orange pekoe tea . I asked him about my tea and he answered with rudeness, that's your order and he turned his back without giving me any answer. Asked other staff about my order and willingly provide it. The first employee, who gave me my sandwich approached me again and asking what I need. I told him my order was a breakfast meal and I don't have my tea. He act innocently that it seems he doesn't know why I'm still waiting and standing in front of their counter. I love Tim Hortons but this is the worst experienced I have. Will never come back on this store again. Did not even apologize of his mistake. Poor costumer service it's so ashamed!

The biscuits they use as burger bases and tops absolutely taste so much nicer than the bread in the UK.

Was kindly greeting by the young man today April 27th around lunch time. He was super nice and made sure to double check my order. Excellent service, fast and friendly staff.

I would give this place no stars at all - it is HORRIBLE!!! Poor management, premises are DIRTY, don’t even mention the washrooms... when we walked in the line all the way up to the door, only one cashier opened. When the line wasn’t moving we decided to place an order via the self-ordering kiosk. We waited for the bagel quite long (about 10 minutes), when we got it, there was almost no cream cheese, so l returned it to be fixed (l also ordered bacon, which was missing completely). Still waiting for our drinks. People ahead of us got their drinks but no sandwiches and they ended up asking for a refund. We were waiting for our drinks another 15 minutes at least, and l got it just when l asked.This is one of two Tim Hortons in Fergus, l believe, but we are definitely not returning back ever.

SUNDAY JAN 15,2023 9:30am , ordered 6 chocolate chunk cookies , to get home and find it was 3 chocolate and 3 peanut butter cookies, when i went back in to get the order correct , they lady just get 3 more chocolate chunk cookies and says “here you go” no apolegie for the error , people have allergies to peanut butter , that was the LAST time i will ever go to Tim Hortons as this happens WAY too frequent !!!!Tim Horton himself would be disappointed , step your quality up !!!easy job , get it right .

I thought I'd stop in on my break to get an ice cap and breakfast sandwich. There was only one person making food on a Saturday lunch. I stood there for 40 mins waiting for my sandwich, if I hadn't already paid I would have left. I could have went to a sit down restaurant and gotten my food sooner. I was already late to work at this point and I asked when my biscuit sandwich would be ready. They told me they were actually out of biscuits and said they could give me an English muffin or a cheese biscuit, I didn't want either of those but I was already so late and couldn't wait any longer. When I saw them finally make my sandwich it took 5 seconds. I waited for over 40 mins for something that took 5 seconds to make and looked like this.. I have never been more disappointed with my service. I hope the manager or owner reads this review and rethinks the amount of staff and resources available to manage a simple lunch rush.

Main part of restaurant was clean, but washrooms were dirty and smelled terrible. Only 2 staff on duty, one for drive thru and another for counter service. Had to wait for staff to fix each order as given as no backup staff there.Staff were friendly but very busy.This restaurant needs to address there scheduling and cleanliness standards
