Had a flat tire and called these guys up. Mahmoud helped me out and got me back on the road. He was honest about my situation gave me lots of options. Ended up fixing my tire instead of getting me to purchase new ones. Was breathing a little easier after a long day because of the customer service I received.

It was Victoria Day, I was about to travel home to BC when I noticed a concern for my front tire/s; I looked up the nearest tire shops, Prince was close to my location and fortunately open on the stat holiday. The service was so helpful, informative and honest.I highly recommend this tire shop for their thoroughness, professionalism and honesty. I love supporting family operated businesses where the family actually work too!I wish you much success, Prince Tire!

Had a flat tire and called these guys to schedule an appointment. I was able to come in for a repair within 30mins of calling. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my tire quickly and for a good price. Overall great customer service.

Went in for a tire change at 5pm (by prior appointment). At 5:20pm, a couple walks in (appointment time 6pm) and the shop services their vehicle before mine, demonstrating utter disregard for my time while I was being respectful of the shop's time by booking an appointment beforehand and showing up on time. And then the guy asks me if I wanted to my (1 season old) winter tires back! (I'm sure you'd like to fantasize that). The guy righteously acknowledges that he helped other customers before me even though he was supposed to assist them at 6pm and showed that he was perfectly okay with me having to wait longer than I needed to. Lastly I get charged $10 over the price I was told on phone. This shop has given me enough reasons to never bring my business here again. It was a disrespectful first experience. What a shame for a shop with 4.9* reviews.

We made an appointment for a rim swap due to one of our current rims being damaged, and unfortunately we brought the wrong rim size for vehicle. Luckily, these guys were able to repair the original damaged rim, and rotated our tires as well. Very quick and amazing service, we drove away with a smoother ride and we were so happy with them.

Great service, very professional and great value! The pricing was also way less than what I would have to pay to the dealership, with the same or even more quality in their service. Had a flat tire, they took me in and had the repair done in 10 minutes, then for free swapped the tires and put the spare back. Literally paid 25% of what I was quoted at other bigger chains, way faster too. Super satisfied, thanks team.
