F45 Stoney Creek is the amazing community I needed moving from a small town to a big city! Since day one, all of the coaches and owner Meagan have made me feel so welcome and motivated. The workouts have challenged me beyond what I could ever do in a conventional gym. I look forward to my workouts with F45 each day and I leave the studio feeling so good! Thank you F45 Stoney Creek for making me feel right at home. You guys are the best!

All of the trainers at F45 Stoney Creek are supportive, motivating, spirited, and want to see you achieve your goals. They are equipped with the knowledge to challenge those just starting out and those who are well seasoned in fitness. The equipment is top notch, the gym is clean, the positive energy is infectious, and everyone is welcome. The workouts will push you to your limits while making you realize how capable you are. I was nervous to join as an introvert and someone lacking experience. But every session I feel stronger physically and mentally. If you are thinking about joining - do it! I’m so glad I did.

The best gym in Hamilton!!! I Love the atmosphere, the trainers push you to your limit in such a positive way! The gym is really spacious and everyone is super friendly/welcoming. I love working out here highly recommend!!!

Joined F45 in September and it is one of the best things I’ve done. The community has been welcoming and encouraging. I love that you are in and out in 45 minutes and that the team of amazing coaches is there to make sure you are putting the work in!

F45 Stoney Creek is the best mood setter for the day. It's a lot of fun. The coaches push you to be your best and make it fun for you to enjoy your workout. I'm happier when I start my day with F45 and can't thank the team of coaches enough for everything they do. They truly emphasize fitness being a journey rather than a goal.

Working out has always been something that inimidated me, however, since I have found this community at F45 Stoney Creek, I have never felt more confident walking into a gym. I feel like I belong! The environment that they have created, is like nothing else; so much support and encouragement from ALL of the coaches and other members. They're always there to ensure your form is correct or to modify exercises if required and encourage you through that last set. Love it here!! ,

I was new to the area and curious about F45. Exercise and strength training has been a part of my life for 30 years, however F45 challenged my body in ways I had not experienced often. The coaches & other members are all supportive & encouraging. As sweaty as I get we have fun too!! I highly recommend it for all ages.
