I was looking for duvet cover and came across this store on google then I thought to check the store at Brentwood mall since it’s close to my work. Oh wow, what a very rude Asian lady who worked by herself. I told her what am looking for and I would like to buy a high quality material that doesn’t pilling. She was laughing at me, then showed me the rack of the duvet cover. Then I asked her again which one she recommend but her product knowledge was very poor. I had to tell and educate her myself that I am NOT looking for microfiber since it’s going to pile. She then just left me. Weird experience I’ve got.
