Message to manager: Employees with lack of training or simply just doesn't care about their job. No more bags, no communications about until the end when I struggled going back in the car with all of that. I've asked 3 times if these were trio because he kept talking to another guy in the kitchen. Finally, I got back home with the wrong sandwich because they mixed it with the previous guys. Seriously!...Friday, April 21 2023 at 5h45pm for your reference.

Aweful service...I have been to Subway in 6 different countries and this one has the worst service hands down...they put two attendants in peak points...waited 35 minutes to get my order last night. I have decided to write it now since it is literally the fifth time this situation happens. Message to the Manager/Owner: saving a few bucks in order to cut on services to your clients will not be profitable on the long term.

Where do i even start? During omicron peak, as i walked in a young man behind the counter coughed loudly while not wearing a mask OR gloves. Proceeded to wipe his nose on his sleeve. Then lean across the toppings and over what would have been my dinner.I called him out for doing this right in front of me. The young man did not apologize or say anything, just abruptly walked away out of view.I asked the young lady to redo my order. For obvious reasons.You are working with food here folks.Sanitation is important.Will think twice about returning to this location.

Didn't have half the items on the menu. Didn't even have napkins. Person said everything was on backorder. Not worth the price and probably won't go back.
