Lovely place, the kids liked it. Unfortunately, the VR stopped working for a while we were in the middle of a game but the staff were nice to restore it quickly and refunded the credits to play. There are lots of slides, bouncing castles, walls to climb. Different play areas for different age groups of children. Birthday celebrations could also happen here.

Well maintained family fun place for kids! Very Clean! My little one loves this place and went 2 days in a row in his spring break. Very nice team with friendly staff! Highly recommended for kids from 1 year to 10 years.

I has such an amazing time here. I think the overall experience was impeccable. The cost was not off the charts. Food was decent and a good variety. So much to do. Felt like a safe space. There was a more abandoned corner of the place that could use some work but besides that I and the kiddos I brought had an amazing time.

3 stars because the facility is great but there were some not great things. Many of the things like bumper cars, ninja course etc weren’t open until way later in the afternoon, so we basically could only play in the open space or play the arcade games. The arcade games were fun until it was time to redeem tickets. After about 10 minutes of trying to decide what to redeem for, my son choose a 1500 ticket item and he had over 2000. She takes it to scan and says he doesn’t have enough, and proceeds to tell us it’s 2500 and I said that’s not what the sign sitting right in front of them says, so she called the supervisor or manager over, she proceeds to take the 1500 tag and make a new one for 2500 and that’s the end of the conversation. I said that’s kind of unfair, and asked if they would honour it since it was their error and she flat out refused so obviously my kiddo is upset and I was pretty unimpressed. We carried on to pick some other things, and then last minute he wanted to trade something he had just picked for something else and the girl working there said sure, but needed the supervisors override to do it. She comes back and refuses to do that too, at which point one of the adults with our group said enough is enough, you can’t keep running us around, we are talking about like $1 items from the dollar store just give the kid what he asked for. The supervisor walked away obviously irritated and the 2 girls working the counter just took care of it for us and made the trade. It was a very disappointing end to the day over such little things. With how much entry costs, the cost of food and drink inside, and then spending a good chunk of money in the arcade games, it was frustrating to deal with someone so ignorant and rude. I think next time we come back to Calgary we would try a different play place and avoid going back here.To sum it up, facility is 5 stars. Front end staff were 4 stars. Manager lady was 0 stars.

We waited for 30-40 just to get our grandson in signed in to go play. There were only 2 families ahead of us, but issues with their waivers page to sign in caused major issues. The attendant at the front was very nice but needed more help.System we down and Supervisor finally came over to help her. After having asked numerous times if they had printed waivers, we could sign n being told, no, we have to use this online system (that wasn't working). We were given paper waivers to sign..Absolutely ridiculous customer service! However, once we were finally able to get in, there were so many options of play structures areas and arcade games for kids of all ages. Our grandson really enjoyed the playing part!

I rated this based on how much my kids enjoyed it. They had a blast.I didn't rate it five stars because it was pretty much a free for all for the kids. There are signs telling people what not to do and kids just doing whatever they want with no parents supervising them or staff supervising the area. I could see where kids could get hurt for example there were big kids jumping all over the toddler inflatable playground.

We went on a Saturday, and this place was a total GONG SHOW. I wondered about fire regulations. There is no way they could safely evacuate this place in an emergency. In addition to the hundreds of people packed in here, they had locked one of the entryway doors. You had to wait for a solid stream of people to end before you could enter or exit through the single door. This business appears to be run entirely by teenagers.Parking was virtually impossible. Even with the additional lot, the only spaces left were reserved for other companies. There are long lines to pay ( almost out the door). There were several times that a young lady was yelling on the PA system, but it was so loud you couldn't understand what she was saying. They LOCKED the 2 gates that you need to funnel through to exit twice because a child was missing.Children were walking across the bottom of the tube slide as tubes were coming down. There were kids sliding down the tube slide with no tubes. This is because there were only about 6 tubes available and 20 kids at a time waiting for tubes. We witnessed a fight between a small child and a teenager with several other teenagers standing and watching. We yelled at the bigger kid and eventually it appeared a parent came. Most parents seem to be lounging on couches surfing their phones while their kids are unsupervised.Children were crashing into each other on the bouncy castle area, A height and weight limit is posted at each of the 2 entries, but nobody was enforcing this. There were several adults bouncing around amongst children as small as 3 or 4 years old. We only saw 3 little kids get smacked and leave crying (in the 5 minutes of heart pounding terror) while we waited for our grandkids to come out.If you value your child's safety, DON'T GO HERE!

Pretty good bang for your buck when it comes to giving something to your kids to do. However, the arcade is a bit of a rip-off with some of the games deducting credits and not letting you play. However, the staff were good about rectifying it.The staff are definitely overworked and underpaid based on their level of enthusiasm. I'm not saying they weren't friendly because most were very helpful and certainly did their best. Lots of people, most and chaos everywhere is the name of the game here. If we came back, we'd probably spend our money differently and avoid the arcade and underwhelming bumper car rides. All in all, it's not awful, but I'd for sure go on a less busy day and try the aerial and inflatable course next time. You'll need adults to win the level of tickets that make the prize counter worthwhile.

A great family entertainment centres with different attractions - the inflatable playground with a number of obstacles and slides, aerial ropes for those with a kick for climbing, happy bumper cars and an arcade. It is an all-in-one indoor entertainment centre kids enjoying playing in. Don’t forget you no -slip socks.
