Food is altogether very good fresh prepared well. However i musy admit tried two different dishes tonight and have to say not a big fan, edamame we're not prepared, in the restaurants defense it does state edamame beans only, but comes bland no taste at all simply a lump of beans on a plate. Also the wakame salad was not to my liking have to admit was my first time trying it so noy sure if its just me.

I used to love this specific place/branch when the owner of the establishment used to run it.Sadly, now everything is made with no regard to quality and the staff has become very unfriendly.The pokebowls had a variety of vegetables and a good quantity of salmon. Now you're lucky if you get a slice of avocado. They make you pay 1$ for a 0.01$ soy sauce instead giving it for free. What happened to client care... When you're paying 16$+ for a pokebowl filled with rice, salad and 2 salmon bits, you would expect to get the soy sauce for free.

I ordered $150 worth of sushi today and asked for 11 soy sauce. The lady working at the cash , perhaps the owner's wife, made me feel so terrible for asking for that many soy sauces. Rather than showing gratitude and appreciation for a large order I was treated terribly. On top of things, the amount of wasabi and ginger that was given with my order was minimal and I had to return to ask for more. Truly the last time I order from the Saint Hubert establishment. Better customer service available in Brossard dix 30.

Thank you so much for the consistently great service and delicious sushi. I pick up every 2nd weekend for here because they are the best sushi in the neighbourhood: always generous size and fresh.
