Been going to this place for years. Now they have unprofessional kids working there that are sloppy i wonder why I guess people don't want to work there look at what they did to our truck and the owner just said he's sorry, come on this is unacceptable he should check his camera and pay for the damages. We were advised that they have the most unprofessional customer service there we should have listened.I hope people stop going there they are not nice people at all... I wont stop until everyone knows how we were treated.

those guys are really scammers, I understand that most of resales have an extra cost but the sane product cost in bws at bws 8821 weston rd 277.70, for a full pallet of slabs, and speelman’s garden center charge for exactly the same 384.20.. I have to buy in here cause the lack of material at the original bws location.. and worst than this is the treatment that okd cruch guys at front desk offer to all customers, a real piece of work talking about customer service, literally got mad when I ask if the price was correct and show the difference between the bws price and this local.. so the guys starts trying to blme taxes and government, after the price of truck and to be honest isn’t worthy talk with scammer that doesn’t care but his own pocket so i will never comeback to this site, after see some other reviews I understand too late why this place is rated so low..

The owner is extremely obnoxious and rude. Non existent customer service skills whatsoever. Unfortunately, don’t think he cares since this place is one of the few around so he thinks business is guaranteed. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid.

Best sod in the city! Always fresh. Guys out in the yard were quick to load my truck up.Note: last pic of grass - 1 year later.

I am home owner/returing customer (WAS now) that used this guys 3 years ago to get new sod for my the backyard (2500SQ.FT) now I am replacing the front yard sod......Called to get a quote for other 2100sq.ft. sod and 7cu yard of screened top soil, when I repeated the price to the guy /old man to confirm he just hang up the phone, this happen twice; one call after another!!!!!The first call last 57seconds and second 24 second.This is definitely how you lose customer; If you gonna be rude, don't even answer the phone or talk to customer OR even better STAY HOME!!!!!You are getting paid with my money too, so don't split in the plate where you eat!!!!!

Sold me half dead sod & they did not want to exchange it. They had tonnes of better quality sod they could have exchanged quickly and easily, but refused. Had to buy from another supplier to satisfy my client. Horrible customer service.

Bad customer service, called and they didn't understand the proper number of rolls we specified, and they hang up on you. Diffinitly, would not do business with these people.
