This clinic solely exists to bait people of downtown into wasting their time. They only do TELEMEDICINE, there are no doctors or receptionists in-person.Doctors are only in-person for like two mornings per week and this info is NOT on their website! It's an empty clinic for most of the week so DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

You should definitely listen to all the bad reviews about this place it seems like everyone's experiences are the same so that's telling. Had a virtual appointment which of course started late only to be told after waiting that my concern couldn't be treated over virtual so I had to make an physical appointment. A month later I did and Dr. Yacoob Barmania came in after another lengthy wait only to tell me they can't do this at the walk in (it was just a letter I needed). At no point did the staff at the clinic tell me this, and when I filled out the online form asking me what I was there for, at no point did anyone contact me to say this wasn't possible. So I was one of those people who left momentarily after the appointment without treatment as stated in another review. I guess this is a good way to get ohip to pay for an appointment without actually having to do any work. If you value your time or the money you pay for taxes for healthcare you will steer clear of this clinic and this doctor.

One of worst service i experienced, for get virtual appointment they want us to enroll for family doctor . What if a patient need sudden help and someone who want virtual appointment.

Giving this place a 1 star is being nice. I had an appointment that was scheduled and confirmed for 4:45pm, when I showed up on time the employee took 10 minutes to come to the front desk. He then told me they close at 5pm and I can’t see a doctor. When I asked why they confirmed my appointment he said “I don’t know”. I asked again if I could see a doctor and he said “no” and then said “just wait here”. I waited another 45minutes in the waiting room but nobody came back.. I ended up leaving without seeing anyone

If I can give 0 star, I will. I had a very terrible experience at this place. So what happened to me is, I showed up on my appointment to receive the 3rd dose of TWINRIX vaccination, nurse had charged me n prepared the vaccination, n I was told by the doctor that I couldn’t or shouldn’t receive it on that day. Nurse set up my TWINRIX dosing schedule wrong. I should wait a few wks, and then receive the final dose so that it will last life-long period and I don’t have to receive it again. I wanted to follow the prescription, so I waited until the next appointment date. Things became interesting, my appointment was canceled and I didn’t get any notification. I called their call center and found out the location that they went was close, and they are not sure when it will open again. The call center staff doesn’t have medical background, so he suggested me to book virtual appointment with the doctor and talk to him. I had to book appointment to discuss with the doctor, and he suggested that I could either choose another location or wait until that location open. I chose to wait since other locations are far away from me. I have waited 4 months, and I decide to book another phone appointment with the doctor to see if they can refund me since I could easily receive the 3rd dose anywhere. Today, during my phone appointment, I was told they are opening and the doctor I need to see is working today….. I am so shock by how could a clinic runs so disorganized since no one bothers to contact clients to arrange the appointment they miss due to clinic’s closure. And that happened after I address plz, plz contact me when that location opens, and email me instead. I am not surprised to see the rates of this place is so low. Really disappointed, how could this clinic pass college inspection if they don’t care for their pts?

Complete garbage. Staff/Drs are liars and unprofessional. I will never use AppleTree ever again.When I arrived there were around 5 people in the waiting room. What I found odd was one by one each person was called into the back every 15-20 minutes, but each person would only be back there for less than a minute before walking out silently. Nobody was being tended to?When I was called back I was told to describe my symptoms to the dr briefly (stomach pain) and they explained to me that they weren't looking into 'issues like that' on that particular day and I should go line up at a different clinic if I wanted.After not even getting to speak to the dr for 30 seconds I (like everyone else) was ushered out.The female Dr was roaming around with a clipboard as if she was busy, but there was NOBODY THERE.Then why did I have to wait an hour at apple tree!? Is this even a real clinic?It seems like everyone was being sent away. This wasn't even during the pandemic!When I checked my patient record on the appletree website they had my appointment as left without speaking to the dr." What a bunch of absolute liars. This place is disgusting.Total scam."

Had an appointment which was booked online, and I was in an out in about 20 mins. Prescriptions were printed out for me. Dr. Vincenzo was nice. I recommend doing their virtual appointments for even more convenience.

I am giving a 1 because 0 doesn’t exist. Reading the comments it seems common the things I experienced, but I want to leave my feedback. This is probably the worst clinic ever, starting from staff (non-existing) who is a nurse acting as staff and the Doctor. My first time there I waited for 2 hours until the doctor attended me, but I needed to wait 20 min more because they didn’t know how to use the printer for my prescription. LolMy second time, I went first thing in the morning and wait 1:30h. I got to enter the Dr.’s office and I was waiting for more than 30 minutes there. No one came, and when I asked the nurse-staffed told me the Dr. was so slow today. Excuse me? I also overhear a conversation that the doctor told him he needed to go somewhere between visits… so I assumed I would be waiting the whole day there. I decided to go because I had another appointment, and I came back later to see if the Dr. could fill my prescriptions. Since I am an international student they don’t let you do online appointments. The guy-nurse-staff was absolutely useless when asking him for a solution to get my prescription. I asked him if I could come on a Saturday or the days the doctor is there after 5pm (when I finish working). No answers, only he couldn’t assure if I will get prescriptions or not. When asking for alternatives no answers again… my face was worth it to see, I have not ever faced this level of desorganization in a clinic.

Extremely rude doctors, look for every reason to end the call, and reply harshly to questions that you may have. The doctor advised me to read about the symptoms and treatment online, since she had to go elsewhere. tried going to multiple doctors from apple tree hoping to find a resolution to my issues and a genuine doctor. Still at square one.

Terrible clinic. They show they are accepting walk-ins online and when you get there, they tell you the doctor may or may not see you. Takes them 40minutes to tell you he won't see you, in which time I probably could've found another clinic. Huge waste of time. Don't bother with this place.
