I find they often miss things in my orders. Or if I order a vanilla ice coffee they don't add vanilla. The drive through is absolutely terrible as well. I don't know who designed it but hopefully it was the only one they did.

I absolutely love the staff, but the last week we have been getting the wrong stuff…. From getting my coffees with cream instead of milk, getting iced Capps instead of coffees, croissants instead of tea biscuits and today my bagel was so overcooked, barely buttered (when I asked for extra)Idk what’s been going on lately but something needs to be fixed

Order #: 328, take out.Old lady working the till got upset she had to serve some one else instead of standing there talking to her friend, then throws my bagel on the counter with out saying anything, and I can’t see it, because her friends is standing there in the way. Ask if that is my bagel, says “That would be yours” with an irritated tone. Hope you teach those camp kids better than you do your employees.149.50 bones on donuts, plus 6.50, dollars in one go, nice one guys.

I ordered Everything begal with Hurban garlic cream chees, i ask for double cream and chees, they charge me for that but they didn't gave me a normal stuff even. It's very less cream chees. I am disappointed. You can see in the picture, there is nothing...

Great place and almost always busy. Fast service and friendly staff. I wish Tim Hortons would bring back the Tim bits with Boston creme filling ( bavarian creme I believe it's called) best Tim bits ever made!
