Worst UPS LOCATION EVER , is was way better under last owner , since the new staff has taken over they do what they feel like .. Then got angry at me for using the UPS store as a pick up location. He tried to tell me that I can’t use the store as a pick up location without his consent then I asked for his consent and he told me to ask him the next time because he was angry at me for some reason. I’ve been using the same location for almost 2 years now and never had any issues at all.

I’ve used this place twice and Both time I got the same guy who was very incompetent. I just needed 60 and 100 photocopies of two documents respectively and sent email 30 min before going there and he took 15min to find the email while I was being patient and helping him to find it on their computer. In the meantime a few people came in and he saw them standing waiting, he got frantic and try to skip me although he was already dealing with me and just needed to find the email. When he finally found it, I had to remind him how many photocopies I needed three times and he still managed to mess up the numbers of the photocopy, only two paper came out from the printer. He already started taking other customers so I waited to let him know the printing wasn’t done right. By the time I finally left there, it took easily more than half an hour just to get simple photocopies.I don’t have energy to explain the other separate incidents (including mine and my friend’s) today.But you’ll know what I’m talking about if you deal with him. He spoke his language with his wife? or someone in a not nice way when I tried to ask him something.

This is a store with a very good customer service. Nazmus is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, making it easy to complete your services. I had the pleasure of having Nazmus help me out twice so far, for printing services related to FedEx and Amazon. He also helped me figure out from the Wayfair app how to send/email them the shipping labels. He went above and beyond. This location also has Amazon drop-off, which makes it convenient. I would highly recommend this UPS store!

This is the worst place for PR Photos. They clicked a photo and it did not get approved by IRCC. They couldn’t even figure out what was wrong. I asked them to send me a re-edited photo and even that didn’t get approved. DO NOT go here for PR photos.

I don't understand the service here. They charge you like crazy just to use their computer for 10 minutes. I wanted help to know the status of my shipment and they kept telling me I need to call UPS. I specifically came here because I expected better help to my inquiry rather than listening to an answering machine on a phone call. They kept telling me I need to give them a tracking number until I told them they can find it from the info notice number. I'm not sure if I'm asking too much and it's really out of their hands to simply know the status of my shipment or they're not prepared or inclined to do something like that. In the end, I felt I was brushed off so I just left.

The staff there are very kind and helpful. It took me only 5 minutes to mail my documents.Kindly reminder, do not go to the UPS store on Front Street. I waited for 30 minutes today and the lady there asked me to leave but helping customers who came later than me.

Very expensive UPS store, literally he is stealing money from clients. DO NOT GO there. Printing, scanning, making copies, taking passport photos is almost x1.5 x2.0 the price of other UPS stores.

The worst ups that anyone can go! I sent them a photo to print for me, then I picked a size and once the photo was ready, I noticed that the size was correct but there was a huge white space around it and the picture itself was cropped. I told them that’s definitely not what I want and they printed another photo which was okay. But once I wanted to pay for those, first of all the guy asked me to pay half the price of that wrong printed photo and I said I will pay that but that’s not how business works. I don’t care about giving $2.5 but you messed something up and I’m not responsible for that!! On top of that they asked me to pay around $3 for the email services!! Nothing makes sense there!!

Worst place.. I lost my 700$ phone because of these guys. I brought the phone to them for packing and even told them this was being returned to USA. They never told me they don’t ship international ground. They didn’t tell me about insuring the phone since it’s worth over 100 or 200$. When I lost my package, they conveniently said we are just a drop off location we can not track packages or help in anyway.Very unhelpful even otherwise.They keep their color printer defaulted to grayscale and then charge you extra for re-printing by UNCHECKING the gray scale.Will never go back there again.

Staff was helpful. However, just several days after I made a shipment at this store to China, I have been called by a Chinese scammer speaking mandarin (not machine) claiming something wrong with my package and even asked me to meet at another UPS store in downtown Toronto. The incoming number showing UPS, but the person clearly doesn’t really know what I shipped nor speak English. He hung up on me after I said “you are scammer” in Chinese. I think my contact was probably leaked during shipping. Not too sure if I should complain to the store or UPS headquarter.
