Pay is the highest you can get as a machinist, they even pay higher if you are liscenced, along with benefits and a pension. The culture could use a lot of work and attention.

This is the best company I have ever worked for. Management is focused, involved and aware of what is happening both on the production floor as well as within each department. The work is challenging, interesting and rewarding, there is always room for advancement and everyone is treated fairly....cannot speak highly enough of UTC Aerospace!!!
