We bought a used Silverado truck from Hanson (we were told it was a shop truck they had used for a year or two) in January and within 100 km of buying it, began to have electrical problems. Immediately brought it back, they assured me it was probably an oil sensor, booked it for an oil change (which I paid for).The electrical problems have been intermittent and it's now booked for its third shop visit. I now believe Hanson knew of the issues at time of sale and didn't disclose. I thought it odd when I asked for service records and was told there weren't any.

Awesome RV service given by highly qualified technicians. Damaged my awning (nearly tore it off) and this dealership was able to fix it the same day. This was very much appreciated as we were on our way for a trip with the trailer that day.

Hanson RV was incredible to deal with. Open, honest and trustworthy. After shopping at other dealerships, I had felt pressured or like I was wasting their time if I had too many questions. I never once felt anything but comfortable dealing with Hanson. Would recommend to anyone!

We stopped here on Friday, Aug 2nd. Upon entering, we were made comfortable and the salesman asked questions before even entering the yard to confirm what we were looking for.After showing us the first model, it became apparent that he would have nothing that would work for us, as we were looking for something used, but he still took the time to show us another couple of units and go over how the financing works in his office. Although we didn't purchase anything from him, we left feeling more enlightened about the financing on new and used rv's and would definitely recommend this for anybody looking for an RV.

We bought a new camper from Hanson's RV in the winter of 2020. Last summer when we got it up to our lake, we realized a few minor items that needed repaired under warranty. We took it back to them to store for the winter and make the necessary repairs. We picked up our camper from them last Friday and we are so impressed with the service they provided us. Our list of repairs was a bit tedious but they fixed absolutely everything and ensured we were happy. We hope to have this camper for many years, but the service they provided has ensured that coming back to Hanson’s RV for another purchase will be our first stop!

Waiting to see if they solve the problem .I will come back on here and tell all what happened depending if they solve the problem before we take them to court. So far they are ignoring. I will be back to tell full story if they dint solve this issue and get back to us in a weeks time. If they do get back to us and solve this then I will give a good rating . Good buisness deserve good rating. I'm giving them a chance to show us what kind of buisness they have. I will be back with good news or bad news
