We had a great experience with our car purchase at Leggat Motors in Burlington. Joann Squires is very knowledgeable and makes the purchasing experience very smooth. Chris Senior is a perfect and very knowledgeable sales person, and didn't just try to sell us what he thought we would want, but showed us different cars that did appeal to us. David Elliott in the Service Department is the reason we decided to take a look at Leggat inventory. He has serviced my vehicles for many years and is a wonderful mechanic.

Just bought my first ever vehicle from Leggat and am more than pleased. Aryan was absolutely wonderful. He did everything in his power to find me a car. He was such a gentleman and best of all, he wasn't pushy. Upon discovering a very minor issue with the car, which led to a slight delay of the scheduled pick up, Aryan was on top of things and got it taken care very quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Leggat, at their Fairview/Burlington location and the process was nothing short of perfection. We had a terrible experience with our first car purchased through a private dealer and it left us concerned and terrified on what to get next when our car was deemed a total loss. We came across Leggat’s website, saw some cars that looked like they could be right for us. We met with Aryan, who could not have provided a better service. He listened to our concerns, helped us stay within budget, walked us through multiple options - even offered to travel to other Leggat locations so we could test out other vehicles. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Not to mention I arrived in to the dealership 9 months pregnant, any minute baby could arrive and he was so thoughtful and attentive and we genuinely felt he was part of our team setting us up for success for baby’s arrival! We also met with Michael who helped us though the finance portion of our purchase, providing a person and enjoyable experience. It felt like we’d know these people for months - not hours! Fantastic experience and very responsive staff. I was interested in a CT4 and submitted an online inquiry late one evening. At 8am the next morning I received an email response from Cameron V. By 9am he had sent me a custom video of a walkaround of the vehicle I was interested in. We exchanged some more email around details I was interested in. The next day he called to follow up. I had already planned on dropping by the dealership thanks to his responsiveness. During my visit everything was prepared for me. I drove the vehicle I inquired about and another I was interested in. A very simple, no-pressure experience. Ultimately I ended up buying another vehicle on the lot. Setting a pick up date to fit my schedule was not a hassle. All the required paperwork was defined up front and I was able to email everything in advance. The pickup experience was great and only focused on the stuff I cared about, Cameron was very adaptive to my needs. The vehicle had been set aside and covered in the underground making the pickup feel special. All-in-all it was exactly the experience was expecting and they delivered. I would feel comfortable referring friends and family to Cameron knowing he would treat them well. Thank you!
