I went to Diane’s recently for the first time and was super impressed!! Paula was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very patient in helping me find the best fit everyday bra within my budget. She also special ordered and had shipped a second bra for me. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a proper fitting, great selection and outstanding customer service.Thank you Paula!!!

The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and patient and kind. Most people are not wearing the right size bra and Diane’s will get you into the right bra and you will feel and look amazing!!!

I went in last week during their boxing week sale and the store was extremely busy. Despite this, Paola took the time to help me find a few bras, making several helpful suggestions and being very unintrusive and patient. I've been to several bra stores, including the big box ones and some other smaller privately owned stores, and Diane's has by far been the best experience I've had. as always, had the best experience at diane's yesterday! accidentally went in 15 minutes to closing time with my mom and despite our poor timing, the sweet staff (after likely having a busy day since 50% sale was happening) everyone welcomed us & even stayed after closing time. they took the extra time to assist us with finding the perfect bras (i had even changed sizes so it took extra effort to find the right one) for the best price. as always, they were very friendly and made us feel looked after in a sincere way, giving lots of options/attentive assistance.for me personally, bra shopping has been a nightmarish experience at other stores...i've been shamed by employees for being an less common size & left feeling very discouraged...diane's is the total opposite & makes me actually look forward to something i have dreaded in the past!i can't recommend diane's enough for an inclusive, positive, enjoyable environment fitting women of all shapes & sizes. also a very special shout out to the manager catherine, who is an angel & has helped me/my ever changing body personally for many years! got two beautiful bras for the price of one that i know will last me a long time!

I could not speak more highly of all of the women who I have interacted with whilst I have been in store, however, I wanted to specifically call out Katrena. She is such an asset to your business, she fitted me for a new bra and made that a lovely experience. I had issues with a delivery and she was so incredibly helpful - even so far as remembering my name when I had to come in a second time for a refund as I'd forgotten my payment card. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dianes Lingerie to anyone; I will be a regular customer from now!

I have been wanted to get a bra fitting for years.. I am tired of bad fitting bras and straps that I am continually pulling up all day. I . have avoided it out of fear and I hate mirrors. I was in the area on the weekend and decided to go into the shop. I am so glad I did. I have been being bras on sale, and whatever I thought my size was. Apparently, I have been wrong the whole time. Dee sized me and helped me get a couple of new purchases. She was non-judgemental and helped put me at ease. What a difference a properly sized bra makes. I am so comfortable now! I wish I had done this sooner. Thank you!
