My first time at Infiniti service. Waited years to save for my favourite car. The manager at the dealership was nothing but rude and continued to tell me false information about repairs needed. When I asked why it felt like they didn’t want my business she told me, “maybe if you bought the car from us and regular customer we would be more willing to help you out.” I was shocked. Do yourself the favour and go to Infiniti Saskatoon. They treat everyone the same and don’t attempt to rip you off.

I just bought a vehicle from Dave and I wish I could give more than a five star review! I'm from out of province and fell in love with a vehicle there. Dave didn't just help me from point A to B, he went above and beyond with every aspect of this vehicle buying experience. Even after I purchased he still went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for me and even put in a free tank of gas at his own expense! I never wanted to deal with a dealership after a history of bad experiences at other dealerships however working with Dave not only changed my mind but he also proved to be honest and trustworthy which can be very rare in this business. Thank you Dave for everything! You definitely have my recommendation and future business!

I had problems with my 2005 infiniti. Limped it to the dealership afterhours with no appointment and the service team got it in and fixed in less than 2 days. The staff are always helpful and very professional. Iwould recommended everyone to visit this service department A+++ service

I will NEVER purchase another used vehicle from Infinity. Buyer beware. I purchased what I consider to be a lemon from Infinity from 2019. The SUV has been nothing but problem after problem, the first of which started TWO WEEKS after purchase—a leak to the air conditioner line—they blamed it on wear and tear—and asked me to pay for the repair. Sorry, what? Then, came the constant dashboard indicator lights, being unable to open the doors, the repeated battery deaths, the headlights won’t turn off, and the frequent failures to even start. I’m writing this as I wait for a tow. Want to complain? Don’t ask the Used vehicle manager: he’ll swear at you and kick you out. Want a trade? They’ll offer you LESS THAN HALF of what you paid 10 MONTHS after your purchase. Do not waste your time with these people. Go somewhere else.
