Thank you Serge for come to rescue at the time of need. I had water leak from 12 years old roof due to builder (Bedrock/Carrington) workmanship. Shingles supposed to last 35 years but poor work done by Bedrock/Carrington it started to leak. Serge came to see the problem, used tarp to cover to avoid further leak. Next day came in and replaced shingles and piece of plywood which was water damaged. Thank you Serge.

Serge did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. We had just had an inspection done for a potential purchase and were told that the roof had about 2 years left on it. We kept that in mind and after the subsequent purchase, contacted several companies for quotes. Serge was the best deal for similar products, and we decided to use their services.The job was to include the main house roof and the garage roof. This was completed in one day. Serge did a complete roof inspection and visually showed me everything I need to look out for. Shingles are 20 years old but rated for 30. He was straight up and not selling me a new roof. I'll definitely consider SB7 when my shingles need replacing.

Hello Customers,I phoned Serge who owns this company he was quick to respond and get back to me. He quoted me for different makers of shingles to find a price I would be comfortable with and in my budget. He was also upfront saying shingles are going up in money to get it done as soon as possible. He gave me a Quote and boy was his pricing great. I unfortunately went with a smaller company who was more in money than SB7 . But Serge was in the running the whole time!Please do not shy away from getting a quote from this company. Very competitive, and he was honest in the phone calls we had. He even called me back when I chose the other company and as I explained to him He was right there for the business but unfortunately I only have one roof to do he totally understood. What a great guy.... He was the only one to call me back wondering why I went with someone else. Serge is nice and professional. He squeezed time in his busy schedule to come look at the problem f our roof and did the repair within one day. His buddy seems to be nice as well.

SB7 was recommended to us by a friend. We called Serge when we decided it was time to re-shingle our house roof. Serge got back to us immediately and was very quick to supply us with a written quote. He keep in contact with us prior to every stage from shingle delivery to start and finish of the shingling. Once the weather was decent, the shingles were delivered (and then the weather took a turn for the worse) and the next week we received a call from Serge letting us know that the crew would be there the next day to start. The job was done very proficiently and professionally and our property around the house was covered with tarps and the old shingles, nails, materials, etc. were cleaned up prior to the crew leaving. Serge was at the property on several occasions during the job to ensure everything was done/installed properly. It was a great experience for us from start to finish and we would not hesitate to recommend SB7 for all your roofing needs. The house looks great! A job well done, Serge! Serge at SB7 has great response for our porch roof water leaking issue due to heavy snow being collected on the roof valley and snow melting on the flat porch roof! He managed to identify the problem quickly by doing a quick inspection on the roof and provided great advice of how to resolve the problem in a cost effective manner! He is very knowledgeable and familiar with all kind of roofing materials and effective roof repair options! He and his worker came a day later and finished the repair with courteous, thorough and in timely manner! Very precise and impressive! Serge was excellent to deal with!We have a very tall skinny home that was in need of gutter covers and he recommended a top-of-the-line product that he tested out on his own home. It’s tough to beat a product that’s tried and true!We were very lucky he had an opening before the leaves started to fall this season and his installer came by to clean out the gutters and place the covers that very day. The install was quick and professional and we also got some advice about how to trim the overhanging trees and protect our roof.I definitely recommend calling up Serge if you need any services roof or gutter related. He is attentive, experienced and very knowledgeable in his field.Thanks for the wonderful job! We can rest easier now that our hard to reach gutters are better protected. :)

Showed up when he said he would. Got to work to pictures of water damaged areas and Showed me before and after repairs. Had the job done and yard completely cleaned up by the end of the day. The new roof and skylight look great. Wife is extremely happy.they were very professional and there knowledge of there trade was excellent.
