First RV purchase, and Longhaul was fantastic to deal with. The product was exactly what we were looking for and the showroom and product line were beautiful. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend that if you are looking for an RV, Longhaul is the place to visit.

I wish they were open longer on a Saturday. Got there at 11:20 and felt like we were being rushed out. We drove over an hour to get there from London area. Tried to make an appointment, but no one called us.

Excellent customer sales and support. After much frustration with Parry Sound area trailer vendors I located Longhaul Trailer Sales on Kijiji and other web sources and called to enquire about whether my preferred trailer (a tow behind ATV 340) was in stock (it was), I asked if they would hold it for me (they did), I drove down next day and was treated royally by Phil Martin (sale rep) who got all the paperwork done up, the trailer PDI'd, and forklifted into the bed of my truck and off I went home. First rate, friendly helpful and professional service, what a wonderful experience. Very highly recommended. Thanks Phil.

Awesome service orientated dealer. Our wiring harness wasn't working and they spent 20 minutes diagnosing the issue. The harness was not installed by them, yet No Charge!

My wife and I were very impressed with the staff we met at Longhaul Trailers. Nick, in sales, kept us updated throughout the ordering, buying and delivery process. Tim gave us a thorough walk through of the trailer. And the mechanic (sorry I missed his name) took us for a test drive to help us set the brake controller. Each person on the team wanted to make sure we had all our questions answered.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the sales and service staff at Longhaul Trailer Sales. Darren in sales was very patient and answered all our questions and gave us options and good advice in all areas. He didn't try to over sell us and was clear and professional. He was there when we called and he answered our emails. The reception staff were polite and the service staff gave us a very good in-service on the aspects of our new trailer. We would recommend Longhaul Trailers and the drive from London was well worth the effort.

5 stars. I had a stud break on a trailer hub. Tried to get replacement studs through 2 different local trailer dealerships. Both shops couldn't get the parts I needed, and blamed it on supply chain issues. After weeks of excuses and running low on patience. I finally had the chance to drive a 2 hour round trip to Listowel. Long haul had the parts in stock and were able to help me on the spot. Looks like I will skipping the wait and only be directly dealing with Longhaul from now on.
