Worst experience ever. The guy in store dont wanna come and show what we need. He was busy with eating his burger and playing over phone. Also he said he dont have the size which i need but i found it in the rack. Dont go to this store guys.

Great experience with both of my boys , drove from Leamington, my youngest wasn’t in the best mood and they were very patient . Even offered to let my boys play foosball!Great selection will definitely be back

Worst experience ever. When I entered to the store a guy in his 60s with long hair asked me in a rude manner what you need?". Well I said I'm looking for a soccer ball

Really unprofessional. Went in to exchange a pair of shoes that didn't fit. The shoes looked mint to me; the employee disagreed and couldn't offer an exchange. Totally understandable. I had worn them for about 10 minutes in-game. I would've even bought another pair of shoes while I was there. But the sales associate, instead of dealing with the issue as he should have, got weirdly defensive and rude - calling me arrogant for asking for the exchange and saying all sports shoes cause blisters etc etc and, in effect, killing any future sales from me and earning this review.EDIT (in response to owner): I encourage everyone to read all of the negative reviews and the owner's responses to them and come to your own conclusions about the business and its business practices. For the record, I made no demands while asking for an exchange, I was not told that the shoes weren't my size, and I was not intimidating to the sales associate in the slightest. Also, I'm not upset at all about not getting an exchange or refund. This review is strictly related to the egregious customer service.

Bad experience. Terrible and unprofessional service from owners son. Will never recommend or shop here. He basically accused me and my son of lying when we mentioned a Messi jersey was incorrectly priced the previous time we were in.In response to the owner who wasn't there. I wasn't confused on the price. That's insulting. My son also said it was marked $40. I NEVER accused your son of switching it. I have never been in this store for more than 5 mins. All your son had to say is that it must've been marked incorrectly. I have no problem paying the regular price if treated with good service. I wasn't asking anyone to honour the price just mentioned what we saw. Also, your son said that we can go to another store and get an unauthentic one for $40.00. I wasn't asking him to sell it to me for that price. I just wanted help with finding a jersey for my 11 year old son. That was a men's jersey we saw.

Just walked into this store to purchase new cleats for my 2 daughters, we received no help as 2 staff members were leaning against the counter, they wouldn't even look at us! As we were walking out one guy said can I help you? Which I replied we did need help but not anymore" he said " ok" In a very sarcastic tone" Horrible place!"

Today I bought these socks for my grandson. Once I went to my car and examined the socks, I realized they were too long for him and returned inside to hopefully exchange them for a pair that I felt were shorter. I did not wear, rip or destroy the socks, packaging or tags or labels. A a senior employee whom I resumed was the manager, proceeded to convince me that these would fit him and then asked me who had taken the package apart? I said I had pried off the little black fastener. ( when I left the store the second time, I was able to refasten the socks to the cardboard tag /label without any problem or damage and put them back in the untorn plastic bag. The manager then blurted out that I couldn't return them because I had opened" them 5 minutes earlier. The worse was when he raised his arms in the air towards the sock display and said " would you like to open ALL the packages???" The final incid3nt happened when I said " this is really poor business practice" turned and walked toward the door. He proceed to yell something at me which I couldn't make out. This was also in front of another employee. Wow! This man obviously got out on the wrong side of the bed.Is it your policy not to accept returns for unworn

I ask the worker for the jersey price, and the work replies with, Can you read?"
