Tin Tin Dim Sum
Quick service but it's hard to say as there weren't many people in here when we came in for late lunch. We ordered only a few as we find the prices are more on the high end compared to others. The food was good but nothing amazing for the price you pay. Portion sizes are just right and we didnt wait very long for our food to come, which was great as we were there for a quick lunch only. It's good to have this restaurant right inside the mall if you are craving for some Chinese food that arent fast food.

It's a pretty nice restaurant to start into the world of dimsum. The food is made to order, so it takes a while to come, but it's fresh and tasty. I ordered 4 items (shanghai Xiao long bao, black pepper short ribs, baked bbq pork buns, beef Shu Mai dumplings ). The beef Shu Mai wasn't to my liking it lackef flavour for me personally, so I really had to add a lot of soy sauce and the bread for the bbq pork buns was too sweet that it overwhelmed the bbq pork filling. Not sure if they use a different type of dough when baking it, but was quite disappointed since it was different to other baked buns I've had. Would like to try their steamed buns next time. But the rest were super delicious

We went on a Sunday around 3:30 so the restaurant wasn’t too busy. Overall the dim sum is not bad. The lava buns probably have the best filling in the city, the other I’ve tried in Calgary are way too sweet and doesn’t have the salted egg flavour. The pan fried buns were a miss though.

I love the pork shu-mai, it’s very meaty and flavorful. Make sure you ask for some chili oil, it’s the best condiment for the shu-mai. It’s my first time to try the sticky rice with minced pork, and it did not disappoint. The salt and pepper squid was enjoyable to eat The yang chow fried rice was mediocre.Service was good. Food came in reasonable time. Would definitely come back again to try other dishes.

After shopping and hanging around in the mall, sitting down and enjoying great food at Tin Tin felt like a blessing! There’s a good selection of food including traditional dim sum and Japanese food. We ordered several items that we barely had before, including chicken karaage, egg white bunny and deep fried milk balls. Everything was delicious! I loved the chicken karaage and, while my kids loved the ramen and fried rice! The portion of fried rice was so big that we only finished half. Great decoration, great service, and great atmosphere! If you get tired of the food from the food court, please consider Tin Tin for a change! You will be glad!

Right amount of vegetable content. Shu-mai almost as big as mom's home made... Mom's still best.

First time trying this Dim Sum place inside Chinook Mall and the food was actually very decent and quite reasonable.Very convenient for the shoppers to just scoot over to this place after a hard day of shopping… lolFavourites were Beef Ho Fun, Shrimp Spring Rolls ( I mean they are literally filled with whole shrimps!), Har Gow and Siu Mai.Will go back again to try some of their other offerings.

For a dim sum place in a mall this was a surprisingly delicious place to have a bite to eat. The food was hot and yummy, though several of the dishes looked nothing like what was shown on the menu, which was disappointing. Some of what we were excited about as toppings were not included when they arrived at our table and some of the flavours mentioned (pumpkin in one) was nowhere to be found in the actual dish. Fun place to go if you want a casual dim sum, but lacking the attention to detail and flavours that would help it stand out.

Yesterday marked my last visit to this place, I used to love the taste of food there, but yesterday was awful and very runny I had the Cantonese fried noodles and it was very runny and tasted like water, my wife had the Cashew ramen it also tasted different. We also ordered their new dish Teriyaki steak it was ok but for the size, it was very expensive.
