Horrible place. Shanna knows nothing about customer service. Very rude and arrogant. Every prescription I got from her was wrong, lenses didn’t even fit in the frames and some got cracked from frame pressure in two weeks. She refused to take care if the issue. Blaming everyone but herself. Check out her 1 star reviews it will tell you more about who you are dealing with. Awaiting to see her meaningless reply… and another excuse… by the way she may say this review is fake but it is not.

The lady working here(owner) has very short temper and low customer service attitude. Dear lady, You have to realize there are so many optika places in Richmond hill and if you don't behave professionaly with customers they will easily go to another store. The way you talk to customers is not professional and most of the time is rude. Please take my comment as a positive feedback and work on your communication skill toward customers dear. Don't be defensive toward feedbacks that other people are leaving here for you. From 7 reviews on your website you achived rate of 2.7 that shows you have issues and you need to work on your attitude.

Shanna’s Optik is a small piece of hell that escaped from the after life and made its way to Richmond Hill. I give this 5 stars below zero! shanna was so pleasant and nice when I was purchasing but as soon as I came back with a minor question she became so aggressive and rude and kicked us out of the store threatening to call the cops. Not sure what the issue is with her but I had heard others have negative experiences. I decided not to judge and give it a try for myself. Let me save you the trouble of getting yelled at and kicked out ... take your time and hard earned money where it’s appreciated.

Biggest rip-off buyer beware. Spent $1,000 and she told me to go to my doctor to have my glasses adjusted. My lenses were supposed to be with anti-glare anti-scratch only one pair the lenses were supposed to be Essilor and they are not my lenses are not polished properly do not fit into the frames properly and she won't do anything about it stay away from shanna's optica
