Went in there too price out 2 tires, was told he could sell me the 2 tires and put them on for 20 dollars a tire, I called the next day I believe he said 37.50 a tire, I said you quoted me 20 a tire then he said that doesn’t include balance….. so I believe they were trying too lure me too make the sale, and who takes off the rubber and do not re balance them.. there tires were a 100 dollars more a piece then the place I got them (same tires too) honesty is the key in my eyes and he up right lied too me when I called him out. Glad I didn’t accept the offer because if they didn’t balance the tire after buying new tires I would be buying new tires in the near future.

Called in two days ago if we could get in quick to have a tire fixed, was told on the phone if we could get there asap they could do it. My wife rushes after getting the spare put on and is greeted with some of the rudest customer service she’s ever experienced. The next day nobody had heard anything about the tire until I decided at 2pm to call and see what’s up. “It’ll be ready in 20 minutes.” Ok, I drove down to get the tire put back on and I’m told by John, “I don’t have time for you today…” How am I supposed to put the tire back on? I guess I’ll figure it out myself! Will not ever be back after that.

Had an older ford that needed some work, John and the crew really took care of me. One of the brake parts came in and it was used - quickly got it fixed and new part coming that day. Even had a part from Saskatoon shipped same day and vehicle fixed. Good services and prices.

terrible place to stop by and ask for a little favour.. stopped to this shop for a quick retorque. went inside in their customer service and been ask if what model of vehicle then he said someone will be there for us but after like more than 30mins waiting no one came out to do the retorque..lies

Stopped in at Kal Tire Moose Jaw to get air in my tires before heading to Regina. John was so great and helpful (even in -28 weather)!! Topped up all 4 tires in minutes. Made me feel better about my trip. Great service here!!
