This location is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so warm and welcoming. They kindly allowed entry to myself and my pup, and he even got spoiled with some treats. Will be returning and exclusively shopping Patagonia here!

Beautiful shop with great staff. Patagonia stands by there product and it's refreshing nowadays with so much fast fashion.If you are new to Ottawa I recommend stopping here to get clothes for any weather.

It's a franchise and NOT the company store. So they don't really follow all the policies of a company store. But overall have a good variety, and helpful people

Good store but horrible hours. Latest they are open is 6. No hours on the building, had to look on google to find the hours. Multiple people tried going in on a Thursday just after 6.

In December I dropped off my down sweater for repair. It was leaking down frequently through the vertical seam on each arm. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get it back. The repair actually needed up taking 12 weeks. When I finally received the jacket back, I could not see any visible repair work that had been done. By the next morning I had several feathers starting to push out from the same seam. I would actually go as far as to say I don’t think any work was actually done on this jacket.

Quality clothing and accessories that supports sustainability and fair trade, which obviously doesn’t come cheap. Store has a clean layout and friendly staff that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great shopping experience overall!
