I recently requested prices from several marine suppliers for a 20 hp tiller style outboard. Jay at INA Marine was very quick at getting back to me provided a very detailed breakdown of the quote and followed up with all of the questions I had before I purchased. He made it very easy to order, pick up the motor, and send me on my way. After I purchased I needed additional parts and JD was absolutely fantastic with his knowledge regarding my issue. Both of these gents definitely know their business.

WE brought in our 9.9 Mercury $ stroke. It wouldn't run properly. Ina marine repaired the carburator and replace the plugs. We had it out the day after and ran all day. The motor ran perfectly. Thank you for a job well done.

Well it's been one season since I purchased a 20hp outboard for my tender. First experience with the 4 stroke injected outboads. Great little engine extremely fuel efficient l figure with the cost of fuel it will pay for itself in savings over buying used. Brought it in for service and that sealed the deal for me as Ina marine backs up an excellent product with great service and are easy to deal with something thats hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend you check out their store it's well stocked with various marine products.

JD repaired our electric boat motor. There was a substantial supply chain-related delay with the part, which means our motor was with him for several months. During that time JD stayed in touch to let us know where in the process the part was, and then finished the job promptly when the part arrived. We are very glad to have found such a reliable dealership to take this motor to, and will be back next time we need a repair on the unit. We highly recommend Ina Marine.

Location is convenient when I'm in town , but trying to get ahold of someone in parts by phone is a pain. Press 2 for parts and phone goes silent . I waited for a few minutes not knowing if I was on hold or in connection limbo .

What can I say about Ina Marine but that JD and staff are simply the BEST.Dan the tech that worked on my boat was nothing but the BEST. He went over and beyond the call of duty.His attention to detail is simply the BEST.I just had my boat in for what was an oil leak. Upon fixing the leak he was proactive in making sure that the motor was in top running condition. The cost of fixing my boat may have gone up, but because of Dan's and JD's attention to detail I not only have a fixed motor but a motor that will give me years of enjoyment.And because of finding things that needed repairing now, they both have saved me alot of money down the road.Ina Marine is....Simply the BEST.Thanks guys.Gord Gunner
