Zoran is an amazing realtor who helped my husband and I find our perfect rental property. He even went over and beyond by finding us our tenants as well. I knew Zoran 3 years ago when he was agent of the landlord I rented an apartment from, and he was taking care of my needs regarding the apratment when my landlord was living overseas. Zoran was so timlely avalaible and taking care or what ever needed from him dlegently, for that reason I decided that I will deal with him when I decided to buy a house. Zoran takes a very good care of his clients needs and wishes, and work around thier time and he serves your best interest, as if he is buying a house for himeself. Top notch! Fantastic experience! I met Zoran few years back through a reference to help us sell an investment property in Kitchener. He did a great job, that we called him back couple of years later for another investment property in Guelph to sell for us. He also helped me find another investment property in 2014 in a newly built condo building, and he has been helping me over the years to rent it out whenever it’s vacant. One great value add is that he has access to a solid network of professionals for renovation projects, and this came very handy on multiple occasions. Zoran is a professional through and through.
