They used to be so good. Recently I went there to paint my car. The bumper paint is peeling off already in a few months.Update- I called back and Jack recognized my car and the work. Then he could not understand why I called as there is a Rick who may know whats going on. He said he will pass my “feedback” again.

If I could give more stars I would. These pictures don't show the extent of the damage that was done on my car. Rowa replaced my back bumper, front fender, front bumper, converter to muffler pipe and muffler. My car looks brand new and the paint is a perfect match. Rowa's prices are affordable and helps to satisfy your needs. Rob and his team did an excellent job and I would recommend Rowa to anyone! He has gone above and beyond my expectations. Absolutely excellent job! Words can't express how much I appreciate Rowa's work. My BMW sedan's front and rear bumpers had some dents that won't be covered by BMW's lease protection product. The boss gave me a good discount when fixing both together. When I picked up my car, I felt so happy to see the bumpers fixed and painted nicely. It looks like two BRAND NEW bumpers (the black molding of the rear was not part of the work I needed them to do, ignore it)! I would definitely give them my business again without hesitation.

***Edit: The owner called and said that it is their standard to clean up the car before returning to their customers and that this one unfortunately got missed. They took the car back in and did a thorough interior clean. Looks great inside. Even cleaned off the outside of the car.We brought the car in for some rust repair and cosmetic bumper damage. They did a great job on those repairs; front bumper looks good and I see no more rust.Unfortunately, upon opening the car doors, the condition of the interior was pretty bad. I definitely expected dust and to have to wipe down and vacuum surfaces myself, no problem. But I was shocked that the business considered this level of dirt an acceptable condition to return to their paying customer. There was also garbage left in there from the repair.It seems as though there was little to no effort made to protect the interior during the work, such as a tarp. Again, the exterior work was good, but the dirt in the interior was unfortunately disappointing and will require a lot of cleaning up on my part or even the expense of paying for interior detailing, as the dust/dirt is deep in the fabrics.

Rick and his assistant did an outstanding repair job and paintwork on the right passenger rear door of my 2010 Honda Civic which had dents and was rusting. Door looks as good as new, very pleased! Reasonable price and great service. Very honest and reliable, highly recommended!

Robert did an excellent job fixing a previous spray job on my roof. He also sprayed my rear quarter panel to remove some scratches and I am beyond happy with the results. The price was excellent as well as the quality. (Before and after attached)I would recommend Rowa to anyone looking to get auto body work done.

My 3-week old car had someone rub aganist the front fender, cracking my headlight and damaging the fender. ROWA cleaned it right up, replaced the light and she looks brand new! Highly recommend, 5-stars!

I have a 2014 Mazda 3 that was pretty banged up. I needed the front quarter panel replaced and both rockers cleaned up. I found Rowa's Collision Repair through an online search and thought I would give it a try. Having had bad experiences in the past with autobody shops, I wasn't sure. Fortunately, Rick's shop did a great job!! The work was well done. They do it right. Even my rocker panel which was dented pretty bad was pulled, repaired and painted properly; they don't just slap bondo on your car and give it back to you. The paint match was exceptional. I'm picky and I couldn't even tell the difference. I would definitely recommend Rowa's to a friend. Thanks to everyone at Rowa's who worked on my vehicle!

Excellent quality. Got my car repaired: the front bumper and one of the doors changed. The paint work was excellent.The quote process was transparent and reasonably priced.No doubt Rowa Auto would be my go-to service if I need it again.
