The Merchandise Building Lofts
Building is very nice with great amenities for a older residential building. Security is always friendly and are willing to answer any questions or concerns. Building management is very prompt in their replies whenever there's anything that needs attention. There are a few issues with elevators braking but not a big deal considering the age. They could add in some visitors parking in the garage but besides that very happy with everything.

My husband and I love living in this building. It's a real community, with every type of diversity. The rooftop is the place to be in the summer. Our dog and cat are super happy here, too, and it's extremely pet friendly. We hope the building never changes!

Spacious unique building that was converted from a Sear merchandise warehouse about 25 years ago. High ceiling and polished concrete floor were their selling features.

Beautiful historic true hard lofts in the heart of the city. Becoming increasingly more upscale as this cities crazy real estate market drives prices up. But still amazing value to be had compared to the many modern towers in the hood.
