Great doctor and nurses but 1 receptionist needs to retire always moody and not helpful needed to talk to my doctor since i had been coughing for 5 days and started to hear gurgling sounds when breathing in, so i needed to ask for a pump for my asthma since pump was expired nope just tells me to go pharmacy and ask them to ask my doc for a new requisition online form ever since covid things have changed so at least give us a call thats all we ask for since we cant see them face to face as much.left message for doc but no call back which is disappointing.

The location says they close at 5pm. The receptionist also said they close at 5pm. I showed up at 4:45 and the staff had already gone. Extremely unprofessional on staffs part

Receptionists are extremely incompetent, they almost never pick up the phone and when they do, they sound miserable and have a negative attitude.

They don't follow-up in time. They take too long to book appointments. Some of the RECEPTIONISTS are dismissive and careless! If you need care, you are better off going to a walk-in-clinic.

I'm giving one star only for the receptionists. They never pick up the call, my calls always go to the voicemail and they never call back. This seriously needs to improve. My family doctor and the nurses are amazing, it's just very hard to reach them due to the bad system of receptionists.

Very unprofessional , they are playing Games , I called 15 days ago to make an appointment, I was told go online and register fill up the forms and we are gonna call you in 2-3 business days , it’s been more than 15 days and I didn’t get any call , when I call back again to make an appointment they said , there are not accepting new patients, the receptionist was very RUDE , she didn’t even let me explain the situation, she said you are not a patient here so you can’t access to the services , i when I first called I was told a different story ,they were accepting new patients that’s why they wanted to register .

I called 1- week ago to leave an appointment for my son, nobody answers, I left a message and I waited, but nobody called so I decided to go there! I asked the front desk why you don’t call back, her answer was shhhhhhh and she put the finger in her mouth to shut me. I can’t believe they hire people so unprofessional. And not to talk for her English . I decided to go with another doctor. After 17 years .

If I have any problem I'm sick or anything they give me appointments on phone for 2 weeks in person for 1 month how it's possible that??? I don't understand why they do that and when you go just inside there send you you can't see your family doctor even you very sick or just need a medication ,,very disappointed..I'm not suggest this ..look for other one ..and receptionists very rude !!
