My experience at the Calgary clinic has always been pleasant! The staff is great, very friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean. They’ve got lots of snacks and juice boxes to choose from afterwards and have plenty of things to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful experience. The staff were great and professional. I donate because a loved one uses plasma and I was able to connect with a staff who also uses plasma. I have been back two more times and I will continue to go. Thanks for the great welcoming experience.

The Canadian Plasma Resources donation centre at Calgary offers the best in class service if you are planning on plasma donation. The staff, nurses and technicians are all very friendly and helpful. They strive to ensure that you have a positive and pleasant experience. I was unfamiliar with plasma donation and they really helped me understand the whole process, addressing all my doubts and concerns. Plasma donation is a rewarding process in itself, so the wonderful incentives for donors is cherry on top of the cake. Overall I’ve been having a fantastic experience donating plasma at the centre.

I have been coming here for 6 months now. The staff are always amazing. The whole process is quite easy and time goes by pretty fast. The only down side is if you also have to wait to see a nurse before your appointment. Depending on how busy they are it can add quite a bit of time to your appointment. I did see there seems to be more nurses now recently so hopefully that changes soon. Other than that, highly recommend!

Had my first donation experience today, was a little nervous but the staff was great and the process was seamless, from online check-in to having all my questions answered, looking for to remembering my headphones for my next visit!

I’ve donated here 3 times now, all being great experiences! Staff is friendly and so welcoming. As a college student, the compensation is a bonus! I will continue to donate here. Facility is clean and snacks are always good. Thanks guys!

Kind and very competent staff. They really make you feel comfortable and safe. There is a nurse there always. I have never experienced or seen any issues, but it is great to know she is close by.

I have been coming here once to twice a week since January 2023, and I am always happy to do so. The staff are professional, courteous and personable. If it weren't for them, I might not donate as often as I do.

I love going here. The facilities are very modern and always clean. Everyone on staff is always very friendly, and they run the facility very efficiently. I find going there on a weekly basis one of the relaxing times in my day as for the duration of the donation you can just read or listen to a movie on the TV's or watch something on your phone (they have free wifi!).
