Called these guys on account of the other good reviews after looking for a shop to repair my son's car in Ancaster. (I live about 2 hrs away) My experience with them working through the problems with his car and getting it fixed at a reasonable price was exactly what others said -> very good! Telephone staff knew what they were talking about, no cost surprises, and did little extras for free. Thank you!

Booked my car in for an oil change and the weekend before had an incident where I ran over a piece of metal on the highway that caused damage to my car. J’s was able to do my oil change and assess the damage. They got back to me super quick and ordered the parts right away. I am so happy with the service I received. I will be going back and recommending to my friends/family!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed something specific done that some shops won't do and these guys did it for me. Will definitely be returning in the future and recommending them to who I can.

This automotive garage was recommended to me by coworkers. The staff was friendly and communicative, setting up the appointment was well handled. I had my winters removed from rims and then mounted back with the summers. The manufacturers dealership garage said that both front and rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced. As it turns out J's found that there was more safe usability on the rears. I so much appreciate a garage that works with you and obviously is NOT looking to take as much from your wallet as quickly as possible.To thumbs up and glad to have a business I can trust. Honestly I dont want to share this with the world because I want this place to myself but they did such an excellent job that they deserve to be known. They responded quickly and continually to the emails I sent and we're very professional. When I went to pick up the car I actually gasped at the price and Jon immediately asked if the price was okay and if there was anything he could do but I was gasping because of how fair it was! Couldn't believe the response I got. What an excellent show off character. This guy is officially my new mechanic. And I will recommend him to anyone.

Visited J's Automotive for the first time this week. I booked my appointment and dropped off the vehicle for brake services. The owner contacted me within an hour to advise me of my estimated cost. A few hours later I received a call to say the my vehicle was ready for pick up.Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable and fair.I would definitely use this Automotive shop again. Highly recommend this business.

Service was great! Had a tire repaired, everything went smoothly. I expected them to just give me the tire back as that is the way I gave it to them and that I would have to out it on myself.But they swapped the tire back on and checked/topped up the air on all of my tires!They definitely go the extra mile and I would definitely recommend their services.

Brought our Subaru for an emergency checkup as we heading out for camping trip. They were were accommodating and checked our car immediately. Although had to wait for few hours to get the part and get the car fixed it was worth the wait. Thanks for helping us out!
