the experience cannot be worse!!! we arrive the location on time and after waiting for more than 40 minutes, they told us that they lost the key and they can do nothing!!! I have to move out my condo today and this is their answer!! No wonder why they only have two stars. Never choose this location ever again!!!!

Waited over an hour to get the key. No one at the pickup assisted me. Called customer service they said someone would be there in 10 to give me keys. Waited 30 minutes, no one came and I left. 0/5 stars.

Horrible experience- the worst I have ever experienced with uhaul, and I frequently use uhaul trucks.When originally get the truck, I had to stand in a tiny cramped hallway and office, definetly not following covid protocols, I didn't have anything explained to me, and was not asked questions that are typically asked, such as do you want the insurance coverage. Which, when making my reservation had declined, as I never get the insurance, yet it happened to be on my bill, the only way for this to have happened was for the ubaul dealer to go in, and change my option, which he did with out me being aware of it. Not impressed.The van I got was filthy, there was garbage all over the back of it, and hadn't had so much as a sweep between uses, I imagine it hadn't been properly sanitized either.I had the van for about 4 hours - was just moving a few things, and returned it after hours. When I went to return it, my bill, which I expected and was told would be about $75, actually was $170 with all the extra charges I was given.I called numerous times to customer service to get it straightened out, and each time was told it would be resolved, and then I would get a text saying that they were going to take the remaining owing on the account anyways.It took over 3 weeks to get the payment issues sorted out, and even then, I had to pay an extra $40, just so I would stop being harassed.This was my worst uhaul experience ever. Will never go back here.
