Dunsmuir Ridler was recommended by my real estate agent ,and after a long sale in a perfect buyer’s market (my bad) I was looking forward to an uneventful closing.Yet the day arrived with a request for extension, triggering anxiety and uncertainty. However after some tough renegotiation DR secured a position that eased my concerns, even should there be further difficulties; fortunately all went smoothly thereafter.I remain grateful to Dunsmuir Ridler, and in particular Margaret Ridler, for strong representation on my behalf. We closed on our house in October. Caitlin and her team made the process incredibly painless especially in these uncertain times. Michelle was excellent in walking us through the complete process, was very helpful and responded promptly. We will definitely be going back when the opportunity arises and have already recommended the firm to my friends and family !

From my initial contact requesting a quote, until the final closing, all aspects were handled promptly, efficiently and pleasantly. Having had a bad experience with a home sale many years ago I particularly appreciated their awareness of my stress level and their reassurances. Most of my dealings were with Margaret who was outstanding but my contact with Angelo and Tara was also always positive and pleasant. In addition, I found their fee to be very reasonable. The BEST experience ever! We were selling, buying (out of province), porting, bridging..tight timelines due to extensions and an out of province lawyer and I was panicked. Glenn took time out on a holiday to meet with me to get things signed. Margaret is a life saver and so patient with my questions and tears! We have used Dunsmuir Ridler to draw up wills and POAs. Caitlin Ridler explained things very well-made the process very easy.. We have also used the firm to handle my late brother's estate. All the staff are wonderful, and Tara went beyond and above to clear up a wee snag in the process. Highly recommend.

Our first experience with Dunsmuir Ridler for the purchase of our home (2016) was amazing, which was the reason we went back to them for the sale of it.We were hoping that the transaction will be smooth and easy but it took almost 6 months for the deal to close! Our first deal fall apart and we went through a lot for the 2nd time as well.Can't express enough that without Caitlin and Margaret's help how difficult it could get. Caitlin guide us through the process and made sure to protect our interest. Margaret was super fast in getting back to us by email and phone. She were on top of everything.
