The Shoreline Tofino

Beautiful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views were amazing. It was a little slice of paradise. The location is amazing and you could walk to almost anything you would want to. The suana and outdoor facilities were also amazing. 10/10 will be staying here again when I visit Tofino.

Such a cool spot in a great location but very disappointed with the host communication. Firstly, we were charged $65 for 2 $4 chocolate bars that were put out on the counter as a welcome present. The suite cheat sheet had zero information specifying that we had to pay for these, or else we wouldn’t have eaten them. We were also never notified that this was a family only area or else my friends and I would’ve never rented here. We received one noise complaint on our first night, in which the following nights we made a conscious effort to remain quiet. The host then posted something on social media that was clearly directed at us, even though we cooperated with the complaint. Also, the lights in the hot tub did not work. If you’re younger I unfortunately would not recommend staying here. I recommend that the hosts edit their listing information to provide a more clear idea on what is expected of the guests. Me and friends did not feel welcome and will not be returning. Such a shame, sweet spot. Cool for families I guess

Stayed in suite 1. The place is very cute and clean. The sauna is a nice touch too.My only issue is the door lock in the suite. I saw a review on here from a year ago regarding the door not locking properly so it seems to be an ongoing issue. The door locks from the outside with a key perfectly fine, but it doesn’t stay locked when you lock it from the inside. We slept with our valuables inside the bedroom.During the first night, we texted the owners about it and never heard from them during our trip. A bit disappointed with the lack of communication from the owners.

We stayed at the shoreline for 6 nights and rented the A-Frame House. It was amazing start to finish! The host Sean made sure we were well taken care of and he would go above and beyond to help us. The hot tub and outdoor shower were exactly what we needed after a day of surfing. Restaurants were within walking distance or on the way back from the beach which was convenient.Definitely want to return after this amazing trip!

Truly epic. We have stayed in the Aframe house twice now and it never disappoints. Hot tub overlooking the inlet, big fireplace and great beds! Love this place so much

Had the BEST stay at the Shoreline! Stayed in cabin 2 and it was perfect! Every little detail has been thought about and obsessed over (loved the essential oil smells and local coffee especially). The sauna was incredible, bed was extremely comfortable and in-room soaker tub a real treat! Had the best time and can’t wait to come back soon! ♥️

I’m already looking to book again come fall. LOVED the space. Check-in was so simple (text with all of the necessary info). We stayed in cabin suite 4 and just loved our view. It was just two of us, but we totally could have had 4 in there. What a surf vibe. Very clean, the beds (and reading nook) were so comfy. The design was cabin cozy and vintagey. I’ll be back…it’s in writing!

The Shoreline’s A-frame house exceeded all expectations. 10/10 beautiful accommodations - we loved the private hot tub, fireplace and outdoor shower!

The Shoreline is an amazing place to stay and we were so happy with our choice from the moment we first pulled into the parking lot and walked up the steps. It has a cozy cabin feel and is in a beautiful location right by the water with a great view. Everything inside was perfect as well, with most of the amenities we needed. The bed was comfy. The shower and bathroom were clean and worked fine. The kitchen includes a sink, microwave, fridge, dishes, and cutlery. You can tell a lot of care was put into making it a pleasant stay for the guests. Check in and check out are contactless and there are parking spaces available. Some minor criticisms are that there was no iron for clothes (as far as we could see) and one of the windows didn’t have a curtain. Otherwise, it was a perfectly relaxing experience.
