We were grossly overcharged for a transmission change compared to 4 other Toyota dealers in Brantford and Hamilton. When we brought the car home the transmission fluid was all over our concrete driveway. The service manager was days getting back to us after many calls. Last call left us 15 minutes on hold until we hung up.This dealership is not taking any steps to rectify this unacceptable service and overpricing. We have been customers for many many years.

Had a recent bad experience with the service manager of this store after damage occurred to my vehicle while it was in for a recall service. Rear view mirror was broken off while they were moving my vehicle and then was blamed for a ‘pre existing stone chip’ on the window that never had occurred. I took the vehicle to Regional Auto Glass where they determined that no such stone chip was present and that breakage of mirror from window couldn’t even be caused by a stone chip. Very disappointed in Simcoe Toyota, namely the service manager who fabricated a false claim that the mirror was already compromised and weakened by the stone chip and so broke in the hand of the driver. Cost to replace window is around $450.

Simply amazing service and very helpful people all over the place! Was more than happy to work with Toyota on purchasing a new car.If you are looking for a new car or even some services this place will be able to set you on the right path.Look forward to my next visit.
