First time trying subway via drive thru order. We got the standard experience. Exactly what we wanted, the way we like it. I'd recommend going in if you're new to the franchise, but if you know what you are getting the drive thru works perfectly.

I like he that this place has the drive thru option. They also have the up to date menu selections that many don't. They are one of the at participating locations" Subway outlets.As always

I went through Thursday April 1/2021 around 1:45pm. There was a trainee (who was wonderful. Very thoughtful and great customer service) and another making my sandwiches. That lady was very crabby and rude to both me and the trainee. I felt very rushed and hearing even just two things she said to the trainee wasn’t kind either.

- employee looked at me like dear in headlights when I asked to add ham to my sandwich- didn't understand what a little bit" of toppings meant (had to scrape half off)- coffee must've been one someone else didn't want last week and she just microwaved it.Paid and left coffee on counter.3rd time in a row with this subway. Last chance I'm not going back"

We go through this Subway drive thru all the time as we live in Chilliwack and have family in Agassiz. The girl who was working the drive thru tonight at 8:50pm was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a drive thru in 40+ years. She was snapping at us like we were horrible for disturbing her. We just left without getting anything and we will not go through this drive thru ever again. Who hires these nasty mean people? Life is difficult enough without having people like her making it even worse. As angry as it makes me it also makes me sad because we are regulars here multiple times per week and we normally love the day time staff, who are always so kind.
