From the start, Jason and his team were professional, communicative, and thorough. It was very easy to get an appointment with Jason to come to my house the very next day to provide me with a quote. He emailed me a quote within a day or so. His team showed up to my house every morning and completed the project in a few days. They did a wonderful job and made sure to clean after themselves. They even cleaned the windows, which I really appreciate. If we had any questions, Jason would promptly respond via text or email. Jason and his team did an excellent job painting the interior of my new condo. We chose our colours and Jason priced them, and when we weren't crazy about one of the colours we had chosen (our fault) after it had been applied, Jason had his team back the following day to repaint. Also, the previous resident(s) had installed electrical and cable relay outlets in the middle of a wall that would have been conspicuous with the way we're setting it up, and Jason's team filled these before painting and it's like they were never there. There was one small snag during the process and Jason addressed it quickly and professionally with great communication. We'll definitely go to VPC again if we have more painting projects in the future.

My parents' home desperately needed the exterior painted. I requested a quote on mail and Vancouver Painting responded within minutes of request. I spoke with Jason who was very responsive in scheduling a date for a quote and a date for the job. He was able to provide exterior home pictures of his previous jobs and even recommended colors for my parents' home. We had a great experience with Jason's Painters. His team was responsive and detail-oriented, helping us choose colors and providing a detailed quote that was similar to multiple other quotes we received. We had almost our entire house painted--a big job!--and the work was excellent. Vitor was truly a pro and was very responsive and quick to correct a mistake we noticed with one of the holes that needed patching. Our furniture/belongings were treated with care when they needed to be moved, and they were very flexible with their arrival time so that we could be here to let them in and still leave for work at 7am. We would highly recommend Jason's Painters and we really appreciate how fresh and beautiful our house looks!
