I knew this day would come when I would have the chance to give a good review to Sarah Hudson. I'm so thankful for Sarah, for the years of dedication she has put into being a Personal Trainer and Life Coach. I would try my best to accomplished at least 15% of her accomplishments because I can see it is a very long list to follow and she makes it look so easy. When I met Sarah I knew we were going to address the excessive fat on my body, and I made sure to give the long reasons for why I have gotten so big. Like for one which I tired to emphasise was the long distance commuting I was doing for my work. I remember the moment I told her she looked away, it was like she knew that wasn't the reason at all and after my 17week transformation with Sarah Hudson Wellness I learned she was right that was no where near the reasons why I had let myself go, so to speak. I knew working with Sarah will hold me accountable as she is a leader in her industry of Health and Wellness. I am until today so grateful for her insight and for allowing me this chance to change my life style. I have successfully completed her 17 week Body Transformation and it's all thanks to Sarah and her ability to give her all to her clients. I would receive e-mails and calls at all different times of the day. I remember reading her e-mails and feeling like she was right there behind me because I couldn't grasp how she could knew exactly what I was struggling with or being forgetful with, like washing my gym clothes. Lol. We call her our Angel. She is heaven sent which is the best way I can discribe a truly good hearted person. :) I'm trying not too keep tearing up. I'm a mom, I've got active boo bears that need me to be over-the-hill ecstatic about life as they are, for they are toddlers. And thankfully I met someone who is Over-the-Hill ecstatic about helping others live life in their best form, and that includes the whole body; from physical, mental, and biological. I LOST 42LBS IN 17WEEKS with Sarah Hudson. She e-mailed me her food plan & the workout plan and I had her full attention she was able to help me stop the sugar, stop the late night snacks, and focus on allowing the body to adapt to the new changes that were happening. My drug of choice has always beens sweets and I can now say cholcolate tastes like dirt, my body completely rejects it. That is phenomenal to me because it was a habit a daily intake. I always felt, Hey- I'm smart about it I eat my sugar in the morning and have all day to burn it off"

Sarah is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, she never judged, she provided support and motivated me! She worked with me by personalizing my meal plans to a plant based diet, and her workouts were great! I would highly recommend Sarah!

The best thing I could enjoy during lockdown was doing virtual home work outs with Sarah! She is a wonderful trainer and really made me want to get back into good shape. No equipment needed, she teaches the right exercises to do to get in a great workout even if you’re living in a small condo! I highly recommend her.

When I first started working with Sarah my goal was to focus on building better nutrition habits and lose 25-30 pounds. Right from the beginning she was so supportive and motivating for me to reach those goals. Each week we would discuss any challenges I encountered and the successes. She provided me with a break down of what I should be eating, how to track it and gave me lots of recipes to try. She gave me specific workout plans to do throughout the week and would also train me personally once a week. I cannot say enough about her amazing support and how her coaching has changed the way I look at nutrition and the importance of working out. I have definitely developed the proper nutritional skills and healthy lifestyle I wanted by working with Sarah. Not only did I build those skills and lose my initial goal of 30 pounds, I was able to lose an additional 10 pounds for a total of 40. I would definitely recommend working with Sarah!!Thanks again Sarah for everything you've done!

The energy that she brings to each session has made all the difference in helping me persevere through the ups and downs of my weight-loss journey. The workouts she has created for me are perfect for my fitness level, while still pushing me towards my goals, and are simple enough for me to continue at home! I was very excited to work with Sarah on my personal fitness goals. After filling out her form and scheduling our first session, Sarah cancelled the night before because I’m located in downtown toronto. We talked and she agreed to honor our initial consultation and discuss ways to make it work with primarily online and a few in-person sessions to get started. Less than an hour before the session, she cancelled again and this time with no response. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

I've been working out with Sarah now twice a week for the last month or so. My results are amazing, and in a short period of time I am watching my body transform. The best part, I am only using my body weight so there is no stress on my muscles, Sarah provides a safe and positive work out space and she monitors you closely throughout the session to ensure that you are doing the excersice properly so that you get the best results and prevent injury.
