Great service and amazing quality/tranquility. The breakfast included was amazing, I wasn't expecting much, but it surprised me with how many options you could decide to eat ! Room is comfortable, quiet. A little bit of noise coming from the highway & the bathroom is not the most spacious, but overall, for the price, I can't think of a better place !

This hotel is great!I came here for a convention and I found this hotel within the budget, and wow Surpasses expectations accordingly to the price per night.Great ambiance for family, breakfast and parking included, and they say breakfast they actually meant a good breakfast, eggs, waffles, bagels, pastries and the most amazing friendly server I ever had, I wish I had more cash with me, she deserves great tips!Rooms are spacious, with fridge, microwave, just the right size and most importantly- clean rooms!Front desk - super friendly and professional at all times.You do feel welcome here!

After posting a negative review regarding my stay on December 30, 2022, I was contacted by management, who offered to make things right.Not only did I get a complimentary stay for February 18, 2023, but the hotel surprised me with a gift bag with goodies and a heartfelt note! Just goes to show that this hotel cares about good customer service.With respect to my stay this month, it was better than the first time back in December. I do want to point out a couple of things though.First of all, I think that the hotel should update the shower heads by switching the stationary shower heads to hand held ones. Adding a couple of body wash vials as an amenity would be appreciated as well.When I visited in December, no only was I served breakfast right at my table, but I was given a choice of how I wanted my eggs and either sausage or bacon. This is the first place that I ever stayed at that provided that kind of service! Nice! Unfortunately, this time due to the fact that the hotel was hosting a wedding reception the night before, there were over 100 guests staying overnight and thus, the breakfast was buffet style with limited selection as there was only one waitress serving all tables. She worked very hard at ensuring guests had a full cup of coffee and served beverages to each table as best as she could.Would definitely go back there!

Had one of our best hotel stays at this place. Staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean. Free breakfast in the restaurant was superb; server was excellent. Very quiet location - couldn't hear any traffic noise as usual. Really enjoyed the crackling fire" on the TV; very relaxing and romantic. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area!"

Really nice hotel. Beautifully appointed. We booked in last minute when bad weather forced us off the road. Conveniently close to the 401. Excellent intimate restaurant. Nice breakfast included as well. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Smallish bathroom with a VERY low toilet and somewhat cramped shower was the only downside.

Would never recommend this hotel. Our room has multiple spiders and ants and then we found a tick. Took it to the front desk who offered us a bottle of water to go. I declined and spoke to manger who said he would look into a voucher toward future stay and get back to me in day or two. 2 weeks later no follow up. I contact the hotel again and he mangers falsely claims I was offered a $25 restaurant gift card. I was not. Even still, what terrible compensation for bugs such as ticks. The hotel claims they have inspected the hotel and it meets standards. Pathetic. The manger has been nothing by difficult and unhelpful and this entire hotel should be avoided. Everything about this hotel is disappointing and subpar.
