Very friendly and welcoming staff. I went to have a pedicure done and was surprised I had to lay down in a massage chair. I hadn't had a pedicure in a while and the esthetician didn't find she needed to cut my cuticles, do pushing, or even scrub dry/dead skin from my heals! It was just massage with cream and more massage and very mild filing. I wasn't very satisfied with the amount of work done for the amount of money I paid.

I give this spa a 1 star due to poor customer service. I wanted to purchase 4 treatments and 2 bath therapy sessions so I could spend a couple of hours there, a spa day. I'm not a difficult customer. I inquired about the treatments and how long each of them were, as well as planning out the appointment to include break times between treatments for lunch, etc. They only partially answered my questions, in which I had to contact them back more than once to have them fully answered. Eventually reception had to get their superior involved to make the appointment for me, and to answer my questions, but they did not take the time to read my message because they still couldn't get it right.Part of a good spa experience begins with customer service! I see they have a lot of good reviews so I am surprised they have such poor customer service. I received the impression" that they just want to make quick money to get you in and our of their establishment as fast as they can. As a customer I question myself

C'était la première fois que j'y allais, et j'ai été très satisfaite de mon expérience. Endroit magnifique et relaxant. Excellent service client. Et le plus plus plus : massage exceptionnel, comme je les aime, donné par Kathye. Je recommande à 100%.

Je me suis rendu sur place pour un r.d.v en massothérapie confirmer par courriel pour me faire dire que je n'avais pas de rendez-vous avec eux... Donc ils ont perdu deux nouveaux clients avec assurance
