Great facilities, very well, upkept, friendly and very helpful employees. Reasonable pricing. My only grip would be with the roads they need to be properly graded or could use some resurfacing. Other than that, it's a great recycling center.

Got lucky on a Saturday afternoon and there was no lineup and we got in and out quickly. Wasn't that busy when we left, even though a few people were in line, it went smoothly

First time at this location. There was a long line which lasted 1 hr 30 min. During that time out of 6, only 3 of the collection booth was opened. Other employees were just hanging around, listening to music, chatting and some sitting on the chair.The floor was too dirty and sticky. I would imagine that but it was early morning, but looked like they didn’t mope last night.

a lady working here walked out on us while counting our bottles and went on her break put a bunch of bottles in a crate and didn’t count them and brought them to the back and completely walked out on us how we have another employee helping us and doing a great job

This has been my go-to recycling depot for many years. There is usually some kind of line but that is to be expected. It would help if everyone presorted and removed caps as they're supposed to. This time (a Saturday at 11am-ish), there were 8 people in line ahead of me; I was in and out within 20 minutes.The little ads/skits on the monitors are both corny and informative and provide some entertainment while you wait.It could use more parking and more carts but the service is excellent.

I drove my car to this location for Drop and Go. There was a long lineup outside, and the Drop and Go was closed, with a notice on the door. I checked the website and no closure was indicated. I tried to phone to determine when Drop and Go would be available. The call went to message manager without any greeting or information. It was a waste of my time and gas. One star is being generous. Whoever is managing this place is doing a very poor job.

It was our 1st time at Scarcan and we decided to use the Drop and Go option. We signed up a few day prior on their website. There was very little wait time and staff was friendly and directed us where to go. Got went to kiosk, drop off our bags and was out in minutes.
