I stopped using their services in 2017. But still get a monthly invoice. I have emailed and called the company on multiple occasions. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT use their services.

Unfortunately, we were being charged for services not provided for more than 8 months. We have been customers for over 18 years. Thinking that the service would be restored to avoid hour long hold times. Luckily it was fall over service and my customer did not have any outage. Radiant would not credit the account for the service that required Telus to upgrade their services instead put the onus on the customer to provide the solution. We will be leaving our 18 year service and i will no longer be recommending other customers to them as a IT Professional. Telus whom is equally bad will be getting the business. If you buy a service from this company they may not give you the service and bill you for it!
