Yeah the experience starts from the door, gave him my jacket he threw it on a dirty carpet. I told him never mind took it out and went out. That’s not how you treat people’s property when they trust you with it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I just went there to dry clean our winter jackets/shoes. One of them was a white jacket with only a tiny red pen mark on it that needs to be removed. When I came back home, I found the entire jacket is tainted in green and could not be removed no matter what (I did not discover the spots there because they hid this one behind other clothes). There was only a pink note on the hanger saying that was the best they could do". We cleaned for $200 worth of clothes. They did not even bother to say they were sorry to our face. When I called in

The King Street location for NewTex is just excellent. Great service. Tailoring and cleaning is second to none. I take all of my shirts and pants there for laundering. They are also great with delicate items. I highly recommend them.

I was really skeptical about going to just any dry cleaner to get my jacket cleaned. I did my research and Newtex had the best reviews. I can proudly say that I am glad I chose to bring my jacket here because they did an astonishing job. The staff themselves are very kind and honest. I appreciate the business they do and will continue to bring my items here for dry cleaning. I highly recommend coming here!

They were very friendly and helpful. Pretty quick turn around and my light grey Canada Goose jacket went in brown and came out as clean as it's been in a few years. They did what other cleaners couldn't it seems!!Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because it was pretty expensive, however they said it went through 3x and the prices have gone up everywhere for Canada Goose jackets to reflect the price of the item. I think I'll continue to use the services!

Janet, the seamstress at Newtex, completed the alterations of my wedding dress. She did an incredible job! She was very kind and the price was reasonable. Janet was very attentive to the details of my dress and executed my expressed needs perfectly. She worked on the dress until I was completely satisfied. The dress looked beautiful and I had so many positive comments on it (as well as the fit of it). Thank you so much, Janet, for your hard work and incredible skill! I would highly recommend this service.

Amazing customer service over the phone and in person. I was able to drop off 3 dresses and have them ready by the next day! The staff are extremely friendly, and efficient.
