On Side Restoration Services

We had an issue with ice damming this winter causing our roof to leak through the ceiling of our kitchen. Riley and he team were very professional and thorough.

Had overland water flood my basement and had onside come in to help with the claims process for insurance. They even moved all the stuff out of the basement for me. The guys were professional,friendly and worked quickly. Over all was a pleasant interaction with this company.

Only thing worse than their efficiency is their communication. They've sent two crews and another one, eventually??, to do what one crew should have been able to do in a day. Day long job has turned into a weeks long process. Unable to get a hold of anyone but front desk/dispatch. Ops Manager and Project Manager completely unresponsive when they have action items to address, including finishing the job and doing an estimate for rebuild; which I'm not keen on doing with them anymore.If you can choose a restoration company, go elsewhere.

We just had work completed by On Side. They were pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. The job they did was so well done and the workmanship was by far the best I've seen in a long time. The contractors took pride in their work and it showed. They were pleasant and when they left there was no mess left behind. If you're looking for reliable, professional work then call On Side.

Poor professionalism. Unorganized. Teach your employees to maybe bare at least SOME sympathy to your customers. Some of us have had to say goodbye to sentimental things that unfortunately cannot just be replaced". Please do your research on other companies to handle your claims."

Bob and I would like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with On Side London. Sam H was our representative and was great right from the beginning. He was at our house the night of the fire and had the roof covered to keep rain and anything from getting into the house. He walked us through all the steps that needed to be done to get our house repaired and went the extra mile for some of the extra things we wanted. Sam took a bad situation and made it bearable. We have heard from others who have had a fire and did not have a good experience and we are very thankful for the great service we got.Thank you Sam for all you did for us.On the complaint side, I was disappointed with the crew that did the packing up. There were things that were thrown out that had some sentimental value to them and were damaged and broke. Some of the items are unreplaceable. If I had not stopped in the house one day more of our items would have been tossed that should not have been. In my opinion if there is no damage to the property it should still be packed up and let the homeowner decide if it is worth keeping or not.Overall I am happy with the work but more care and consideration is needed sometimes.Beth and Bob BrownLondon, Ont

Likely depends on who you get but we had a horrible experience. Long story short, after going in circles for 7 months with zero progress, we took the payout and have almost completed the whole job in 3 weeks. Fair warning that I wish we had; if you feel they're not answering your questions or keep putting you aside, leave sooner than later, especially before the renos!

Onside Restoration exceeded my expectations!!! Nick DeLuca was amazing at coordinating the team. I have an autistic son, and I was really worried and losing sleep about how the process was going to affect him. Nick, had arranged to have extra workers on site to get the job done quickly and efficiently. An extra thank you to, Grant, Duncan, Angel, and the gentleman that came the Friday before to measure the base boards. The craftsmanship was excellent, and I highly recommend this company!!! Onside would be my first and only call if I ever needed them again!!! Thanks again for a job well done!!

I'm surprised with the poor reviews. We are in the finishing process of having our house put back together after a flood. Very friendly, polite, cooperative, and asked us multiple times if we needed anything to make us comfortable during the restoration process. Everyone is amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very happy family here.Great job guys!

Last week I had a major storm go through my property with damages. I was connected with Riley Pope who was amazing. He worked so well to get everything taken care of. I really appreciate all his work..phone calls & text messages. He answered all my questions & got back to me quickly with all my issues...Thanks Riley!! Good Job!!
