A family member was involved in a serious car crash, I had been asked to retrieve the family member's belongings. I could not believe the compassion, caring and understanding this business showed me.

I called while in Campbellford because CAA was taking forever. The owner is not a member anymore because they have shut everybody out however he was quite happy to offer me his services if I was not able to get anything done within a reasonable length of time. Would highly recommend stapley towing

it's about the incident happened on 15 Dec 2020, I called the company to put the car at a desired location (Gave them address as well) which was just 10 min away from the place where the incident happened, Driver called the OPP, that's fine but specifically told to put the car at the desired location as my rental company has already arranged a Towing from the location I specifically mentioned to the driver.Driver did agree to do the same, now after 2 months when my claim process is almost over and I saw the invoice from the Stapley amount $984.23 that's insane for the service dropping my car just 10 min away. That means he never did what I asked for, he took the car somewhere else, as I was in a mindset that my rental agency has already collected the car but no something else was happening with the car.How can I trust the company? I would not recommend anyone to call them again. Will agree something and do something else. I haven't recovered the 100% of the claim but I am so upset seeing the Invoice from the Stapely's for the services I never asked. have hired a lawyer already and see you once again Stapley's.

Can't say enough about Stapley! Back of the truck ended up in the lake after sliding down an icy hill and taking a tree with it. Scott showed up quickly and was super calm, really polite and all round level headed.Getting the truck out was trickier than it looked but Scott had no issues shovelling, sawing, lifting, walking waist-deep in ice water and improvising solutions until the truck was out and running fine.I've got his card and he'll be the first I call; hopefully I never have to though.

Only good place I could find in the region to do the job which was to move a large item in a difficult rural location. Transparent and reasonable.Stapley showed up on time, called ahead as agreed and sent pictures.Was willing to do some extra work to make it happen.1st place I'll call If I ever need anything moved. I won't ever try the other places again.Before, I tried smokeys, mccracken and NCC.Some were too greedy, made up a bunch of BS excuses and complications, others didn't want to work, other was too busy or too afraid of bit of snow, or simply too lazy. Often forgetting to reply or call back.Kept postponing the date and cancelling numerous times.

Just had an older gentleman out for a Roadside Assistance call he was rude, argumentative, ignorant, and racist, he told me he was nobodies boy"

We had park are BMW on are friends private property.With premission, two days later this towing company showed up and towed are car away saying we abandoned it, we did not abandoned car nor did they even go ask the home owner about it. They just took it. After two weeks of looking for it we find it now they want us to pay $750.00 towing fee. We nor the home owner asked for it to be towed. And to top it off they just pulled the car on to the flat bed, with the car in park and the ebrake was on. They say they aren't responsible for any damages that they may has caused.Horrible company scammersThey steal ur car and make u pay to get it back.
